Review 1：Into the evening the room (or space) above us they were either moving heavy luggage or moving furniture around. I dont know in the end if it was just guests, or if it was something to do with the hotel.

Review 2：Staff amazing at handling ad hoc and special requests (warming baby food, finding us some cleaning solution from kitchen for baby bottles, assiting with stroller, etc) Room was huge!

Review 3：Not enough sun :-) Sometimes the tourist buses loading up made it difficult to drive out in the morning because people stood in the road.

Review 4：The staff was polite, nice, and helpful. Being kind and polite to them is returned multi-fold. My morning omelet, coffee, croissant was yummy. The shower had excellent pressure and temperature. Free parking and wifi made it affordable. It was an easy drive every morning to Emmen. Evening exercise of a walk or run along the lake allowed me to eat more chocolate. Met all my business traveler requirements.

Review 6：The only downside I saw that one has to reinput the credentials every time they want to connect to the Internet after being absent from the room, but that's a very minor issue.

Review 7：Very nice hotel, a bit distant from the central station, but otherwise cosy, tranquil and overall very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Review 9：Breakfast was exceptional. Truely was a delight, very pretty room with flowers, great view of the lake. Eggs cooked to order, great presentation, extremely tasteful! Hotel was so convient to the quaint city. Easy walk to town, a lovely stroll next to the lake under a beautiful tree canopy. Safe area with many people walking the river at all hours. Bus comes directly in front of hotel every 15 minutes.

Review 12：This a four stars hotel with an expensive room charge but lots of facilities not available such as iron , tea making facilities safety box ,refrigerator , WIFI only provided to one person in the room where you pay for double room

Review 14：I don't believe they have air conditioning, which was no problem in late September. The wifi was great- but each device (and I have an iPhone & iPad) needs a separate password every day. A bit of a pain but livable

Review 15：The staff was wonderful, especially Nikolai at the front desk. My room had a balcony & a view of Lake Lucerne, there were gluten/lactose free things ordered for us, free parking, and you could walk to the old city in about 15 minutes (or take a bus). The place wasn't cheap but nothing is cheap in Lucerne, and I felt I got my money's worth.

Review 16：If I had to name something, the only thing I can think of is the outdated furniture in our room and the proximity to one of the busiest roads in Luzern.

Review 17：we were welcomed most friendly at the desk. They made every effort so we could dine in the hotel even though we hadn't made any reservation. Very helpful and friendly staff, on every occasion.

Review 18：Swiss cuisine is not the most exciting and the hotel seems to cater mostly for tour groups. So, dinner was not brilliant -- my Wiener Schnitzel was dry and thr chips also dry, as though food had been pre-prepared and kept warm Also, it is a good 20 minute walk to the "action" ie boats on the lake, shopping etc.

Concierge had no problem getting us tickets for "Lang Lang" concert even though it was sold out days before (understandably!!)

Review 20：Basic facilities in room, no fridge/mini bar in a 4 star hotel. Rooms need modernising, not comfortable enough for a 4 star hotel. Disturbance at all times of day and night by large coach parties, and their lack of consideration for other hotel occupants

Review 57：We booked one night the same day, for a get-away weekend for our 1st wedding anniversary. The location is great, and we got a view with a room on the lake. It is so worth it to wake up in the morning and see the mountains and the lack from the bed. Room was very neat, and had a nice balcony. Lovely front yard to hand out. Very helpful staff. And amazing breakfast, with excellent service.

Review 58：The fact that they cater or tour busses and large groups We had the worst breakfast in 2 weeks Europe we paid $1000 for 2 nights had y o complained about guests next door the walls were so thin. you heard every word.also the Roons were not 5star bathroom small with shower head spraying everywhere the furniture not 5 star very disapointing for a lot of money
