Review 1：I arrived at 5pm and my room hadn't been cleaned so I couldn't check in. Staff were unapologetic. Despite advertising hot showers from 8am - 10pm the receptionist told me there would only be hot water from 7pm - 8pm. I went for a shower at 7.30pm. There was a small trickle of what could optimistically be described as lukewarm water. After 3 minutes this turned off leaving only icy cold water. (However, another guest said she had a lovely hot shower in the morning so maybe just my bad luck).

Review 3：Staff seem to show little interest in their customers. Cleaning is done very superficially. Entry to shower extremely dangerous, one could easiliy fall on slipprry surface as there are no shower curtains. Hot water is not always available. Breakfast is served rather late, only from 8 o'clock onwards.

Review 5：Not necessarily terrible but the place is on the outskirts of town so for dining options a taxi is necessary even in such a small town as uyuni.

Review 6：For Bolivia, the place seems newer. Everything was mostly as expected. Breakfast was large and very good, a little better than we expected.

Review 7：The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was nice but there was not always someone there, and it happened 2 times that i came back to the hotel and there was no one to open the front gate, so i had to wait on the street that some resident of the place who had the key came back. Finally, the location is quiet but pretty far from the center, so keep in mind you will have a 25 minutes walk in dusty streets or a 4 or 5 bolivianos taxi ride each time you want to eat something or need anything, as there is absolutely nothing around this hotel.

Review 13：The staff are really slow at opening the gate when you arrive. We had to wait out in the cold for about 15 minutes with our heavy bags on our shoulders, while the lady said she's coming (we rang her up 3 times during the 15 minutes). But she was otherwise a nice person, just a bit slow.

Review 14：The warm shower, that's available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., is excellent! The water was actually hot, and the speed was really good and it felt so comforting to have a nice hot shower after so many days, as Bolivia generally doesn't have good showers!

Review 43：-The room had a very bad smell of sewage. -I asked for laundry and they told me it would be ready at 4h30, but at 5h everything was still wet. So I had to leave the town with a big bag of wet clothes.

Review 45：When paying for wash it's $B18 per k but if you have less they still charge the same, saying the machine is big though they this it in w other stuff anyway as evidenced by the bits of thread left clinging to my jeans, so, a bit sneaky there. The breakfast was not great, plain white flour tasteless rolls, margarine made of lard, icky jelly an egg that you have to know to ask for, juice that was more sugar water than anything and tea or coffee. Frankly I would have left a tip bigger than the wash fee except I felt they should have been upfront about that.

Review 46：The location is 10 blocks from the center, which for me was fine as the center is gringolandia for sure. There are small shops and local restaurants closer. The Internet connection was stellar. The first night I was in a room with a double bed and a twin, very nice for $15. Then I went on a two night tour, they gave me a room w twin beds when I returned w slippery sheets, ok but not as nice as the first room. They were very accommodating to switch my reservation around though so I could do the tour. They watched my 1/2 things while I was gone.

Review 47：Based a 10/15 min walk from the centre it is perfectly located for a decent night sleep. Very secure, behind gates the rooms are comfortable and clean and the showers was hot! Can't as for more when in need of a decent night sleep after a long tour. Very quiet at night but also very easy to get into the main centre via walking or cab. Be careful not to get ripped off by cab drivers it should be 3-4 bolivianos per person max. Negotiate before you get in the cab.
