Reviews for Les Doyards
Review 1：In 1/3 rooms the heat doesn't work. We spoke at the reception but with two days before the new year's eve they can do nothing. The cleaning fee was 40€ and the electricity bill 45€ for a week.
Review 2：Good location for relaxing in sommer, especially if you go with little children. Center of Vielsalm is in about half of km.
Review 3：The lack of staff presence. The lack of onsite facilities. Lack of info on area. Lack of cleaning and cooking equipment in bungalow. Lack of parking close the bungalow. Lack of contact with establishment. Lack of English speaking and lack of info in English.

Review 5：Key not available at check in, staff member had left with it. Apartment smelt musty and damp on arrival. Towels asked for but not supplied. When they were they were akin to the towels I use at home to clean up spills and mop floors, but they did dry us. 40 euro cleaning fee, but premises were not clean on arrival, we did a clean up. Microwave turntable not rotating. No toilet paper or holder Shower turns off every 10 seconds and requires restart something you might expect at a back packers lodge, not an establishment charging 600 euro plus for a 4 night stay, and shower head fixed so it sprays onto wall of shower, not centre. Toilet water inlet leaking onto toilet floor, which spread into the kitchen area through the wall. Power switched off on arrival, so fridge warm. No washing up liquid. Back wall of unit damp and showing signs of water intrusion. All outside living and access areas in desperate need of a good water blast. Mould and mildew prolific on all verandas. Electrical outlets and light switches loose and/or in need of replacing Structural concrete cancer evident in many areas. Joining tape between panels making up internal walls is unglued, and hanging unattached, indicating moisture damage. WIFI in common areas switched off when office closes. The concept of the facility is brilliant, but the structures are in need of major repair/reconstruction and operations need to be more efficient.

Review 7：Staff could be abrupt. Wi-fi could only be used outside of office hours. I had to send several emails to get my deposit returned.

Review 9：No one there at reception when we arrived. Unexpected added costs not clear at time if booking so ended up nearly 200 euros more than the final price quoted when booking.
Review 10：The location absolutely lovely.
Review 11：Very, very basic accommodation. Had to pay extra for each set of bed sheets and for the electricity. One of us slept on the settee as didn't fancy sleeping in the bed. Not even basics like a toaster. No toilet rolls provided. Lots of dog poo about, and cats tried to get into the bungalow. Would not recommend.
