Review 13：The staff member who greeted us when we arrived was very friendly and nice, but it turned out she gave us a lot of incorrect information. She told us we could come down "any time we want" for breakfast, which was not true as it ended at 10.30, and also when we tried to arrange a shuttle bus to the festival nearby we were attending she told us we could have a free one, again this was not true. It is important of course that all staff members are informed and not giving incorrect information to guests. Apart from this all other staff were excellent.
Review 14：The location in the town is excellent, very central. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel is attached to a lovely bakery/chocolate shop and they had some lovely things from there on offer for breakfast too. The room was spacious and nice - although we booked a double room and were given two seperately made up single beds pushed together. The bath & shower were excellent.
Review 15：Parking lot not adjacent to Hotel. Street windows and room doors should be better sound isolated, as one can easily hear street cars and people walking in the room's hall. Have woken up at 5h30 with rolling trolley bag noise in the hall...

Review 21：The receptionist was fantastic. She showed me to my room and she even came to pick me up at the train station late in the evening... Excellent breakfast.
Review 22：Excellent staff, breakfast, and rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. The room i stayed in had a balcony. There were a lot of TV remotes, but the options were good including a lot of music stations. Parking was easy both in the lot (a long drive around the block) and on the street. Easy walk to the city center.
