Review 1：I was told when I checked in that I could have a late checkout, but was woken up twice by housekeeping in the morning. I booked a king room but was given a double queen. And I had someone try to come into my room at about 2 in the morning, and was woken up yet again at 3 when someone very loudly put a paper under my door (which turned out to be the bill to my room).

Review 2：Staff were pleasant enough, and rooms were clean.

Review 3：Elevators are terrible. Only one working part of the time. With a convention in the hotel it was very inconvenient.

Review 5：Very friendly staff, had an excellent supper and the the girls working there were so good. I was traveling with my mom who had a biopsy scheduled for the next day and she forgot her inhaler in her room. The housekeeping staff were fantastic about getting it mailed back to her immediately, and at no cost to her. I was very impressed with that, glad to see small town hospitality in a city. We do not come to Saskatoon often, but we have always tried to stay with you when we do come. Thanks.

Review 6：The front desk confirmed we could split the bill upon check in and when we were checking out, the denied being able to do this and even rejected giving us a receipt. We asked to talk to a manager and front desk decided texting them was a better idea. No response. Eventually tried calling them and no answer. Still awaiting word. Also wrong total amount was billed and we were billed without even checking out yet and no permission was given.

Review 7：not necessarily a bad experience but would have liked to have seen more seafood on the menu such as scallops or clams etc.

Review 8：jes at the check in counter ( from phillipines) was very friendly & helped us with our boarding passes for our flight. also young lady at the restaurant ( i wish i could remember her name ) was very friendly . we had supper on the evening of oct 17 , i had a steak & my wife had cashew ckn stir fry, i hope this will help identify the young lady as it would be nice to see her get recognition for great customer service

Review 9：We held a Discipline Seminar in the Courtyard Room. The hotel was perfect for it. The staff that took care of the food (putting it out and cleaning it up) were outstanding!

Review 11：The Staff worked overtime to correct the mess up by Booking.com. Theyhonoured the rate per night and guaranteed the room though they had norecord of the booking.

Although we had a non-smoking room, there was still a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway by the elevator and faintly in the ventilation in our room. The glass in the sliding door of the washroom meant that the light in the bathroom shone through into the bedroom area in the dark which was disturbing to the person sleeping.

Review 18：I thought the elevator interiors looked like an elevator I would find in a run down place. If renovations were taking place a sign would have been nice to explain this. the roof in the atrium was peeling away and looked very poor. It took about 10 minutes of the water running to get hot water in the shower. I cant imagine the amount of money the hotel pays in water bills. I got better wifi from Shaw Open then the hotel wifi.

Review 19：I enjoyed the location as where i was working was across the street and it was very close to the airport. The restaurant was great and the staff was excellent. The room was well appointed and very clean.

Review 20：We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and the only thing I found that I didn't like was the thickness of their pillows. :-D They were too thick and made my neck hurt. But seriously that is petty!

Review 21：The staff of this hotel was so very accommodating! Because of a maintenance issue our rooms were unavailable. However, the hotel paid for our rooms at an equivalent hotel for the one night our rooms were unavailable at Saskatoon Inn. They also provided our group with meal vouchers tickets for the substitute hotel and for another meal at Saskatoon Inn. They went above and beyond to apologize for the issue and made the small inconvenience no inconvenience at all!

Review 22：The hallways were dirty and smelled bad. There were natives loitering outside, in the lobby and were spitting. I had booked thru booking.ca and when I asked for a coupon book for Saskatoon that is supposed to be available when u stay I was told it was only for bookings thru the hotel. The clerk was not friendly. I felt unwelcome.

Review 28：Elevator slow, construction hard to get back onto the street leaving the hotel. This poor place needs some work, bathroom door did not close right no real privacy. Breakfast was cold, eggs were hot but the potatoes were cold. Would not likely stay here again. I chose this hotel based on the reviews from this site and will not trust reviews again but rather do my own research of the hotel.

She then helped by suggesting we book a cab asap as to its always hard getting one on concert nights or long waits. The food in the lounge was good. Server came off as rude and seemed like shed radther be at home then work. Starbucks is in the lobby so thats awesome.

Review 41：Elevators are pretty scary! Look like it survived an apocalypse and like they are ready to fail reflects poorly on the hotel ...hotel has 8 floors so you need the elevator ...vending machine all selections were empty. The parking lot need to be revitalized / repaved

It will come."really? Well, it took more than five minutes to get to decent (not hot)temperature. Next morning, when my daughter was going to have a shower,same thing happened. She didn't have enough time to have a showerbefore we had to leave. It was terrible.

Review 49：Went for a wedding held at the saskatoon inn so it was handy. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are immaculate. Very easy location to find. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat :)

Review 51：The room was nice and big and very clean. It was scent free which made it comfortable. Whereas, some hotels have too much scent on the rugs which my husband reacts to too much scent.

Review 52：First of all I asked fir a quiet room because my husband was having surgery! Not quiet people up and down hallway all night. Also we did not order room service but one of the staff opened our door with a key without knocking or announcing himself, imagine our surprise! When I phobed the front desk they said sorry but I was not impressed! I have been a frequent guest over the last two years because of medical travel and they have no discount for this either.

Review 60：Although we stayed only one night, I was travelling with my 86 year old mother, the staff found me a wheel chair (that in itself should be replaced, it was very wobbly) they helped me push my mother up the ramps and were very helpful helping to sit my mother in the restaurant eating area. Would recommend this hotel to others.
