Review 1：We were there in the first days of 2016 and the Hotel was full. It was very crowded for breakfast, but we don't blame the hotel - everybody wants to sleep longer and have breakfast in last 15 minutes. It is simply not possible in such a big hotel. Internet should be significantly improved.

Review 2：Friendly staff, excellent location, nice recreational facilities. Lots of families with children. This is the third time we are coming to this hotel in last 12 months, and will come back again.

Review 3：Being a long term client, should give me some privileges. Instead, i received hasle from the moment i checked in. The staff at the reception couldn't be more rude. Their attitude is so bad, ignorant, absolutely unprofessional and poor. I have booke my stay for 630 euros and over charged with an additional 135 euros for using the same facilities with nothing extra.

Review 11：Spa is very big but a lot of elderly people using it. Maid did not respect the "Please do not disturb" sign, and opened the door at midday without even knocking whilst we were in.

Review 22：Hotel needs refurbishment. Carpets in the corridors and in the room are dirty. Bathroom needs total renovation. House keeping reacted inadequate on my request to clean a spillage in the bathroom.

Review 24：The room was filthy and it smelled funny on the way in. The price (141lv for a double room, one night) doesn't corresspond to the quality of neither the services, nor the hotel room. I asked for a queen bed, they gave us two single beds-thanks! The entire hotel needs renovation, parking spots were scarce. Hotel staff-not helpful and not friendly at all.

Review 29：Very dated, not very clean around the pool area changing rooms and toilets, dangerously slippery tiles around the pools and in general not worth the 4 star rating at all. Breakfast was awful, couldn't see food labels, no fresh orange juice but soft drinks from a machine, birds poo all over tables and chairs on the terrace as trays with leftover food were left uncollected for a long period of time and birds simply helped themselves. Would never stay there again!

Review 30：The staff at the breakfast restaurant is in need of a lot of customer service training. The guests had to source their own cutlery whist the 'waiters' were calmly observing. Very disappoining service. The coffee at breakfast was not great. The AC didn't work, after 3 visits of the maintenance guys who couldn't work out why, we find out that the unit was not switched on at all! So we switched it on and it worked!

Zona de spa nu este în realitate atât de generoasă precum este prezentată în fotografii; acestea nu sunt trucate dar sunt făcute fără doar și poate de un mare fotograf. Internet slăbuț, dar functional.

Review 39：Poziționare foarte bună. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult zgomotul făcut de râul de munte care trece prin fața hotelului și care se auzea foarte bine la etajul 4 unde am stat; hotelul este curat, personal amabil, este un hotel normal de 4* fără să exceleze. Demipensiunea o fost in regulă.

Review 44：We were there with a baby and they gave us a room on the 1st floor where is the restaurant. It was a bit difficult to carry a baby and go to the room because there were stairs. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working well. Also, the last night there was a very loud music because of some conference that was taking place at the hotel which was quite disturbing - the staff should have considered the fact that we were with a baby and to give us a room on the upper floors so that we wouldn't hear the music.

Review 45：I've been in this hotel for the third time, previously in 2007 and 2008. They did a good job with the renovation of the hotel! Nice jacuzzi, nice children's area close to the swimming pool, excellent breakfast! The park nearby is great for families with children!

Review 50：My 5 y.o. boy got burnt in the outside hot pool. He got nearby the hot water tube and it burnt his leg. It was not serious - the next day was OK. They said that the pool is not supposed for kids but at the same time there were a lot of kids in the pool. The next day another kid got burnt even worse at exactly the same pool. It looked like they knew about the problem but persistently did nothing!

It has either not been renovated for a very long time or it has been done poorly. The spa area is also not among the best I've seen.

Review 69：Long story short ,as i was coming to bulgaria at the border they refused my visa so they didnt let me cros the border ,after callin the hotel and chek if ther is any possibility of they could cancel my rezervation free of charge couse i didnt know they would refuse my visa .I called the hotel when speaking to the receptions she said that she will cancel the rezervation free of charge and that we had nothing to worry about but the next day my bank called and said that they have taken my money and was not ok ,the hotel might be great but this is not acceptable.

Review 74：The pools are good, though only one in the inside. Everything closes at 8 p.m, maybe they could up to 10 p.m for hotel guests, since everybody comes for the pools. The locatiob is perfect, if you love daily walks. The breakfast is not good, not much choice for non pork lovers.

Review 91：Housekeeping did not change our bed sheets, replenish the mini-bar or change the glasses in the room not once during the whole of our 3-day stay (glasses were apparently rinsed in the bathroom once). There was ice on the walkways next to the outdoor SPA pool and hot tub, which no one took care of during our stay. Several people fell on the ice. The general swimming pool and SPA area are in need of constant (not once-a-day) cleaning.

We made them aware of it but maybe they had been promised an apartment and were adjusting. Our privacy was affected.

Review 129：we had booked a luxury and a standard room and apart from the price there is not a big difference between both - I expected more from the luxury room as amenities but they were quite the same with the standard one

Review 135：Nice location in the middle of the park, close to shops and restaurants, plenty of fresh air and place to stroll. Nice pools, very well taken care. Polite personnel, eager to help. We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room; it started to leak at 3 p.m. We phoned the reception and in 30 min a technician was in our room to solve the problem. At 4 p.m. we were back to sleep
