Review 1：Terrible hostel, actually it is not a hostel, it is a house with on bedroom. Really cold at night, dirty and the bathroom is awful, it floods every time you take a shower. The worst hostel that I have been so far.

Review 3：First of all, it wasn't easy to be found. We did found the address but there was no indication about the entrance. Even the neighbors didn't know anything about this hostel. Eventually we saw on a door "ciao hostel" written like it was meant for Lilliputians. I should bring into discussion the mattress broken on my side, the fact that there were no sheets on the bed, the giant pillows,the noise coming from the street, the interesting bathroom with one toilet where you could only enter by leaving your head outside (no way to close the door). The most nasty part was when we dared to sleep. There was no way to do that because of the noise in the house. The staff (3 young persons) and the guests were very noisy. We were aware that this is a hostels and that a lot of people get in, go out, but 1 am seems decent enough to want some peace. But no,our neighbors washed the dishes for about 30 minutes( I counted because I couldn't sleep) and they brought chairs right to our door and started a long conversation that has not been interrupted untill I told them that we want to leave. It's true that they stopped but not without telling us that the staff cannot sleep because they were expecting people coming from parties at 3 or 4 in the morning that do not know the access code (people coming from parties should be silent lambs, right?). Above all the staff mentioned that they can be quiet ( if asked) but they cannot do anything about the guests ( they can be as noisy as they want)...
Review 4：It was offensively unclean! Literally the worst "hostel" I've ever stayed at - imagine a filthy student house with no staff, someone else's washing drying in our room, stinking wet towels on the floor in the shared bathroom, strong urine smell from both toilets, the private room leading directly to the shared kitchen/bathroom area (not private at all!), generally unclean, no staff to see us in just a volunteer who was there, no cleaning staff. Booking.com should reconsider even taking bookings for this place - it really isn't in a fit state for purpose. Obviously the appeal of hostels is a cheaper price but the lack of hygiene is criminal: couldn't someone just clean the damn place a bit???? There are loads of genuine hostels in the area. Please choose wisely.

Review 6：you better write them if you gonna arrive late, because there are nobody at the hostel, speacilly at nigth. The time I was there, I had to help several people because nobody was there. The place was messy. One day I found someone sleeping on the sofa and another one on the floor. the bathroom was flooded

Review 8：Bathroom and shower unclean. Running a hostel with short term volunteers (even if i loved one of them). Reception not fully covered. There was no light for two days but no efford was made to revert to normal conditions. The owner came with her dog, barking to wake us up, so kind from her, but nobody asked.

Review 12：It's an old apartment so you can cook and use the bathroom normally because it doesn't have so many guests. The girls that helped the owner are so friendly and speak perfect english! It is near a small street with many bars and restaurants. Perfect for a good talk/beer on evening ;)
Review 13：I got more than 20 bedbyg bites all over the body, specially serious and painful bites that hot infected. Room extremely hot and noisy from traffic. Dirty linen and bathroom. Not worth to suffer this bites for this price.
Review 14：Very very special hostel in Budapest :) Do not expect much because you'll get even less, but for the price is excellent (it was really messy and not clean). Very good vibe and nice, friendly people.
Review 15：suitable place for the night with a relaxed atmosphere. Right in the center, close to many shops and cafes. Amazing price. When finding the hostel be aware there is no sign out front, but it's true to it's address!

Review 21：The service wasn't very good. In fact, there were not enough dishes in the kitchen of this hostel to cook food, and even teakettle was absent so I had to boil water in a pot. The floor in the bathroom wasn't clean enough and the were no place in shower-cabin to put a soap and shampoo.
Review 22：This hostel is situated in a good district with clean streets not far from the center of the city. To go to the center on foot is possible. There is a good cafe in front of the building where hostel is.
Review 23：The walls are quite thin, so we could hear the people from the next room speaking loudly early in the morning. There was dust on some surfaces in the room, like the nightstand or the shelves next to the window.
Review 24：The hostel is close to the city center. The price per quality is great. We had the kitchen (with fridge, microwave and stove) at our disposal, as well as a full set of dishes and cutlery. The twin bed room was surprisingly large and had nice furniture. The staff (owner) was very friendly, but we couldn't reach any at the time of departure.
Review 25：The room was big, lighty, clean, you have the possiblity not to have light in the morning, the bed was confortable, the personal excellent. The kitchen and bathroom were ok. The location is very good, at 1 min from the tram station(tram 4 and 6) and at about 7 minutes from the metro lines 2 and 3 I strongly recommand this hostel.
Review 26：The ONLY con is the fact that the walls are super thin, and if there is another room of guests (there are only 2 bedrooms) that you do not know, you can pretty much hear them moving around and their conversations. But especially if you plan on being out for most of time, this is a very minor con!
Review 27：Everything; location is super central and very well connected to all the sites. The room itself is modern and massive, with sofas, TV, great wifi, and an extra bed, and you share the rest of the apartment with only one other room of guests. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly, and allowed us to check out later and leave our luggage there afterwards until the nighttime. They were also very prompt to answer to our emails during out stay. Overall, exceptional value for money (everything in Budapest is!), very comfortable, and in an excellent location. Cannot recommend enough.

Review 29：Gabriella, our host, was really nice, friendly and discreet. Everything was in the right place. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious, we had kitchen, bathroom and toilet at our disposal. The location was perfect, in the city center, only 5-minutes walk from the beautiful Market Hall. I reccommend the place.

Review 33：Really difficult to find, because when you get in, there's a lot of different appartements, and there's no sign to help you. We arrived at the time the owner said she would be at the hostel, but she wasn't there. After some time we contacted the owner by mail and phone, and she promised to be there within twenty minutes. After forty minutes she arrives, and we discover that she has booked our room to someone else, so she'll drive us to a different place. After thirteen hours by train and having a huge headache, we just wanted a bed, but ended up waiting an hour and a half for it late at night. After all that the owner wouldn't ignore, that we was short of cash and lacked a hundred forints of the entire 5800 forint bill (which is about half an euro), so we needed to find cash and leave it for her the next morning, insted of being able to leave right away.
Review 34：The only possitive thing was, that after booking our room to someone else, she drove us to a appartement at a great location just in the centre. Insted of a room with shared toilet and bath we got an appartement with kitchen and bathroom. So it was a good compensation for a bad experience.
Review 35：Dog pee'd on our floor. The key broke in the door and we were charged half the price to fix it. Thankfully we arrived at 10:00 pm because the people before us were still in the room and they asked us to leave for 30 minutes so they could clean it. Sheet looked dirty (we ended up using our own).
