Review 1：The restaurant had a lot of flies and it was very uncomfortable while eating. They need to invest in something to stop this!! Bar staff didn't seem bothered when this was mentioned. The bar area played loud music till 3am which was very inconvenient, we had to have the window open due to the stuffiness in the room. Breakfast was very limited and not a lot of it.

Review 5：Truly awful. Avoid avoid avoidThe staff were all rude arrogant surly and disinterested We were kept awake till 0300 by a large group of rowdy locals in the bar. There was much shouting and noise. I complained twice to staff but nothing was done. They eventually left at 0300 , accompanied by much shouting, slamming of car doors and revving of engines. The swimming pool was filthy, with a film of god knows what floating on the surface and hundreds of dead flies therein. It looked like a health hazard There was no wi fi in the rooms despite the hotel advertising it 'in all areas' Staff again were disinterested in the morning when I complained. They were more annoyed that I declined to buy the 12 euro continental breakfast To cap it all I found that my vehicle had been damaged whilst parked in the hotel car park overnight Worst night ever. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Review 7：Should have reading/ bedside lamps. Only light was overhead & narrow LED strip above bed. WC was a bit small with little room to move for a large person.

Review 8：Great location to Spa-Francorchamps race track without the high price. Quiet neighborhood. Good food & drink for reasonable prices. We stayed there 4-6 Jul 14 & the bistro was full with folk watching the World Cup games, but was quiet upstairs in room. Nicely remodeled room. Separate toilet & shower. Have stayed here before & would again.
