Review 1：I arrived very late, due to flight delays. Although there was no one on the desk, my room key had been left in an envelope for me, which was very helpful. Great location, clean and simple bedroom, good breakfast in a bright and pleasant breakfast room. I will use this hotel again.

Review 6：Very uncomfortable bed. The pillows were lumpy. The receptionist at check-in was curt, unhelpful and not very welcoming. The room itself was large but very basic although clean.

Review 8：The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly during our stay. There were noisy guests who banged doors and shouted loudly during the night many times during one night. However this is not the fault of the hotel. I noticed that there is a request not to disturb other guests.

Review 21：There is not a lot of alternative in and around the town. The rooms are not particular clean, coming here often and always has either hairs or dust. To shower is a disaster and I can literally hear every word and move from my neighbor....they really have to step up their game!

And the staff refused to move the occupants on the 2nd night to air con rooms even though they were available. Review 46：Didn't know that the reception was open only short hours. When I arrived it was closed and I couldn't check in. The concierge lady was just passing there by chance so she keep the luggage looked in a closet. The next day, the magnetic key didn't work and I was locked out… The rooms are big, spacious. Very cheap quality bath towels, dark and rough, unpleasant to touch. The room was not serviced the second day… The second morning at the breakfast, the waitress wouldn't let me use the fresh orange juice machine, saying that they were too few people that morning and told me to drink a botteled juice. I had to insist and finally she let me use the machine to make myself the fresh juice, which was a delight. If I write all this small incidents is because I found that for a hotel asking 99€ for night, they could have at least the reception open all day and night and it shouldn't be a problem to have an orange juice only because the waitress doesn't want to bother.

Review 47：We reserved two rooms and advised our late arrival. Only one room was catered for, but the caretaker sorted the problem out for us. The English translations are quite poor: caretaker => cater intercom => incom ... etc

Mostly see-through wallbetween bathroom and bedroom - looks nice and didn't bother me as Iwas travelling alone (or probably if you're part of a couple) but Iwouldn't have been comfortable with this if I'd been on holidaysand sharing a room with a friend!

My phoneadapter wouldn't fit in the room's wall sockets, but fortunately thestaff at the front desk loaned me a universal adapter for the durationof my stay. Also, the buffet breakfast was fantastic - everything Icould possibly desire for breakfast was included!

Review 67：The corridors are uncarpeted and echoing, so every time someone shutstheir door, it reverberates loudly along the corridor. This hotel needssoft door closers. I was lucky, in that few arrived after I'd gone tobed, but if you were unlucky enough to be earlier than most, you wouldstruggle to get to sleep.I would have liked an iron and ironing board in my room, American style. The church bells in the square are only 50 metres away, and chime on the hour. At 7 in the morning, they pealed for about 5 minutes non-stop, so a long lie was not on the cards.

Minibar in room with sensible prices, free tea and coffee inroom, flatscreen tv and wired internet connection (collect cable whenyou check in!). Bed comfortable, bathroom stylish, and shower workedfine. Some toiletries provided. Plenty of lights in room to play with.Room has balcony where you could sit outside (and smoke if you like) andtilt and turn door, for ventilation. I saw no sign of air-conditioning.Although there's no restaurant (except breakfast) I was given a voucherfor 10% discount at a Cafe/Brasserie in the town square, only 2 minutewalk from hotel lobby. Lively, with reasonable food and Belgian beer.Breakfast was adequate. Nice bread and cold buffet. There were scrambledeggs and bacon/sausage in hot buffet; also pre-bioled eggs. Fresh fruit,but no fruit salad. Make your own coffee from machine. Not the bestcoffee. Staff pleasant.
