Review 1：Just one small elevator! The coffee in the breakfast was terrible!

Review 2：Value for money, great night club, huge and clean room, nice spa and very modern hotel!!!

Review 3：No heating system at all. Terribly cold hotel. Dangerous for your respiratory system: you cannot shut off neither adjust the temperature of the central ventilation of all rooms. Noise ans dust from the central ventilation accompany you all night. We got the terrible flu after the first night and problems with our lungs on the third day.

Review 4：The room don't have a balcony. It was cold in the spa area where the swimming pool is. There is only one shower in the spa area and it's a strange one.

Review 10：The w/o does not work well and the free WiFi did not work half the time. Had to get in the car and go to town to work on two days. On our last day electricity went off for an hour when checking out. Had to drive to town to pick cash in an ARM to pay our bill.

Review 12：The room was dark and the bed wasn't comfortable. Bathroom wasn't very well cleaned. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. First, we had to wait about 20 min to order. We had mixed grill and some of the steaks were definitely cooked at least a day ago.

Review 14：The facilites are not well maintained. I had a hole in my cover sheet. There were cockroaches in my room. Very uncomfortable bed. The spa is supposed to be open until 9pm. I wanted to use it at 8pm and it was already closed. The outdoor pool was very dirty as well. I would not recommend this place to nobody.

Review 16：We had to wait for 15 minutes for hot water to run in the shower, especially in the morning. The dinning room where breakfast was served was very crowded. Breakfast included basics only.

Review 18：- We didn't have towels in our bahtroom. I went to the reception to ask for towels and I needed to pay 10 leva (5 euro) per towel deposit. This is the first Hotel I needed to pay additional for towels. - The air conditioner was not working in our room, so we had almost 40 degrees temperature inside. We could not get another room, also the receptionist told us before that the Hotel is almost empty. - We could not open the windows at night due to bad construction. - Food in the Restaurant below average. - No hot water in the morning in the shower.

Review 22：They take breakfast-plates to fast away...so I felt a bit pushed out. Nice big pool but Spa is not included! Spa-hotel is OK, apart not so...compared with local economy an expensive hotel. Cold water in bathroom...nice but pictures promise more luxe than there is. A good hotel is not about marble, type of stone or how many things you can eat...but about feeling home.

Review 27：It offers excellent experience. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool are geat and maintained continously. I loved the bar at the pool. I liked SPA treatments, tennis court, and mostly I loved the food. The nights are great at the beautiful garden of Medite. Must visit!

Review 28：poor room (placed on top of the kitchen area - sounds started at 06.00 a.m. and ended at app 12 p.m. and by sounds I mean shouting, disputing, etc.), not working suanas in the SPA (!) area, stream room, which was basically a bit warmer room with higher level of humidity, dirty bathrooms and many, many more ....
