Review 1：Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Because there was no lower level in the shower, the whole bathroom overflooded while taking a shower and there were no tools to clean this up.
Review 2：During the day, the room stayed really cool, even tough temperatures outside were 30 degrees and above. The restaurant served a great breakfast, dinner was also nice.

Review 9：our room was located above the restaurant (all of them have the same location), and despite the fact that the restaurant closes at midnight untill 2 am was the noise from the local people. It was no water at all from 11pm till 6 am and nobody informed us before. Tables for breakfast had not been cleaned and only after the scandal what we've made the waiter removed the dirty dishes and sweep the tablecloth ... Breakfast... hmm... it consists of two slices of toasted bread in the egg with a slice of cheese and a spoon of jam ... with a cup of coffee... We changed our plans and leave that place.

Review 11：Small 10 room family-run hotel. Them all are very nice and welcoming. One of the daughters speak very good english. Newly built building, so all the facilities are new and kept perfectly clean. Very comfortable. Great value for money. Restaurant on the ground floor with hearty Bulgarian dishes at very good price.
Review 12：The breakfast was great! The granny who cooked for us was very friendly and nice! The rooms looks very, very clean and nice, with landscape pictures and photographs. Flowers on the hallways. Very close to the center and the central park and yet, very quiet. A nice and clean restaurant with budget friendly prices. The place is the best 3* hotel for the money.
