Review 1：Continental breakfast - more variety would be nice, it was all sweet stuff (donuts and sweet muffins) and only one fruit (apple) Bed was not comfortable and squeaked a lot

Review 3：The only thing we didn't like was the fact they had shampooed the rug right before we checked in. The rug was wet and then damp most of the time we were there. Not a big deal, but would have preferred a dirtier rug yet dry.

Review 7：It was so dirty and gross. Stain after stain. Left over food bitsand mold. Pee. Old tiny tv. Old windows with terrible paint job.Asked to not stay there after walking in and was told to bad and wasbilled. I left.

Review 13：We didn't stay there and lost the $100 deposit. Location was undesirable, it smelled very bad inside the hallway and room. The Bulletproof glass in the lobby indicated the neighbourhood was probably not safe.

Review 15：Cant believe i payed to get chewed on by bed bugs, got up one morning for work and found four bites on me, the mattress looked nice and clean so i suspect they are in the dirty carpet, will not be staying at this place again.
Review 16：Hallway smelled due to no air circulation and carpet was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Very Spartan room. had to go to lobby to use the microwave.

Review 24：The heater did not work in our room (250)! We were already tired as we checked in very late. We turned on the heater later as we got ready to go to bed. No heat came out! We were just too tired to call the front desk anymore.
Review 25：Heating was not working at arrival date. 2 O'Clock in the morning! So had to sleep in the cold bed with my jacket on. They promised to repair it the next morning and they did but they could have given that night free. They charged me cold and hard at departure. Bad internal communication between front office workers. Last shift was not aware of my situation. Poor breakfast. I was expecting a continental breakfast comparing with other three star motels. I recommend anyone to sleep in the lobby if they encounter a broken heater. At least you wont feel cold.

Review 29：I booked it this summer, and I think the price is worth. When I opened the door, I was suprised with the room; I like the room with kitchen, for it is really wonderful. I can cook meal with my girl fried. We enjoyed a lot in this hotel.

Review 32：I was very disappointed in the minimal breakfast choices. There was no cereal, bread, jams, peanut butter...only choice was 1/2 bagel, muffins and doughnuts...and no toaster for even our own bread. They should not be advertizing that breakfast is included because it's NOT!

The rooms are smallish but well appointed, everything works, the carpet is clean and not worn out, and nothing smells like it shouldn't. For 99 dollars we felt we got our money's worth.
