Review 1：Mattress not comfortable. One day they forgot to clean our room entirely. At dinner the restaurant was not good, the food was not tasty, and the waiter was rude.

Review 2：The wellness area is great, the billiard is great, the loby is beautiful, the room is very nice.

Review 3：The room was a little too small fit the baby cot. We managed, but there wasn'r a lot of space to move around the bed.

Review 4：The hotel and its facilities are great: we had the spa all for us at 20h00, the breakfast was really good (pancakes, eggs, vegetables, salmon, good local cheese etc). Our baby enjoyed the playground in the garden. Perfect relax for a couple!

Review 5：The only disatvantage is that it is a bit expensive. If you want to book in advance prices are much higher. On the other hand, there are many rooms that you can book with free cancellation.

Review 11：Service was terrible - decided not to use restaurant as there was no service in bar. 2 separate times / days ignored, when waiter as asked to take order he acknowledged, said would come back and then ignored me. After he had walked by at least 10 times I left. It was a full hotel for grand prix but it was not a surprise, not that busy at this time and staff planning should have addressed this. No excuses, just poor management/ guest respect. Heat in room- temperatures outside mid 20s windows small and no aircon

Review 18：The room was modern, very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were also conducive to a good sleep. The wifi was excellent. We had half board and although there was no choice of menu, it was excellent value. Breakfast had lots of choices.

Although the food was good, we had to wait very long, and the staff was not as proficient as you'd expect in this price category. One dish we ordered was not available, so they just decided to give us something else, without asking, and charged the same price. The wellness facilities are good, but they get rather busy. There were no towels available.
