Review 1：1. really small room, small and uncomfortable bed. 2. outside is very noise in the earlly morning. 3. wifi is not free, 5 CHF has to be paied for only one account. 4. parking is in the underground parking of a shopping center, a little bit more expensive than other places, and not very convenient.

Review 2：After a long day in the car with 2 young children I arrived at this hotel late in the evening and discovered that the triple room I had booked earlier that day was not available. The only room they could offer me was a double room for the same price as the triple room which I didn't find acceptable. To share a bed with 3 persons is one thing, but to pay the same price for it?! Whilst the staff of the hotel was trying to be helpful and courteous the owner/manager of the hotel was extremely rude, telling me that I should have booked the hotel earlier that this was my problem and that if I didn't like the situation then I should just leave (by this time it was 23:30 o'clock!!). When I asked the owner where I could park he said he didn't care(!) where I parked and that I should sort out the parking myself. Never have I been treated as rudely in my life. Whilst the room was good, the price/quality is not up to par and the way I was treated completely unacceptable. I felt sorry for the staff for having to work for such a person.

Review 4：they do not have a parking fee was charged 30.- chf for a ticket to a car park . The ticket was damaged and I had to pay other 70.- to the parking garage which was an agreement with them. Scam. also the staff told us that we were not the only ones to have fallen into the scam pacheggio that day

Review 23：Room was spacious, but simply furnished as "family" type i.e. sleeps 4 but only two chairs, one upright, one "arm/easy". We would not return, excessively expensive for our requirements.

Review 25：The service at the hotel was amazing. They made an effort to speak English, they always made sure that you were satisfied, which is quite different than what you can experience in Luzern. It is a family business and they make you feel like part of the family!

Review 26：This hotel is used by tours and causes a bit of commotion when they arrive and leave. I booked this hotel especially because friends were also staying there (with a group) and because of over booking, I was put into an appartment which was very comfortable but I had to go the hotel for meals - 5 mins walk away. I was not very happy, but turned out to be OK as I could entertain my friends.
