Review 1：The place is Not far from the center but it all very uphill. We were driving so it wasn't an issue but it wouldn't be handy for walkers. We stayed 4 days and had our room cleaned once. Even then we didn't get fresh towels. The breakfasts are good but you get a big portion of one thing. Variety would be nicer.

Review 2：The room was modern and comfortable with a shower cabin which is Not the case in many places. The receptionist was helpful and spoke good English. View was nice and balcony a plus. it was quiet and relaxing.

Review 3：The hotel was not so closed from the bus station. The first time we took a taxi, and once we've known the way, we've been by walking (around 25-30minutes). The staff was not able to give us some specific information about the city.

Review 7：everything was perfect!!! just would like to make few minor notes for all the Hotels/Lodges in Rhodopes mountain area we've stayed at: 1. honey offered in these places is not real (coloured glucose-fructose syrup), so buy your own from the area and bring it along for the breakfast. the real honey from Rhodopes area is very tasty. 2. coffee is made by 'press a button machines', again i suggest to bring your own coffee because the coffee from these machines tastes worse than nescafe

Review 8：+excellent stuff, everyone were extremely kind and helpful, the ladies at the reception are lovely and very assisting +nice position of the hotel with great view of the village and the mountains +clean +quite + tasty and fresh food (the best patatnik we ever had) +must be the best little hotel in Devin + Value for money and highly suggested!

Review 9：the Staff was very nice, smiling and listening to the Customer's requests all the time. They let us choose the room! The view of the balcony was amazing !!! The hotel is not in the city center but honestly, in the city center you cannot admire such a great view on the mountain. The restaurant was very nice even that we had to wait a little bit more than expected but everything is prepared on place with real products. It worth staying in this Family hotel Cheers!

Review 12：The receptionist, who was also our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful and made the stay very pleasant. The hotel felt very new. We had our evening meal in the hotel and breakfast. Both meals were excellent. The hotel is on a hillside on the edge of town but you can walk to the centre of Devin in about 15 minutes or back up in less than 30 mins. Ask the staff to show you the way. Follow the signs from the centre of town. There is a sign at every road junction saying KRIS and giving the distance to the hotel.

Review 13：Very kind and helpful staff, clean and quietly place with magnificent view. Ask the hostess to direct you to all the "must see" places in the region. Nice restaurant with a fireplace and good food.

Review 14：Перфектно обслужване! Нищо не беше проблем за тях. Бяхме в суитата на последния етаж. Стаите бяха чисти,топли и много уютни. Хотелът се намира високо над града и гледките оттам са страхотни. Ресторанта на хотела е малък, но храната, която приготвят е невероятно вкусна! Всичко е домашно и приготвено със старание. Поръчайте си предварително да ви приготват пъстърва, защото е прясно уловена. Закуската беше повече от задоволителна, а най-много ни харесаха топлите мекици със сладко от боровинки и ягоди. Ще се върнем с удоволствие. Perfect service! Nothing was too much to ask. We reserved the three-bedroom suit on the last floor. The rooms were warm, clean, specious. The rooms are under the roof, which make them very cozy. The hotel is located high above the city and the views from there are great. The restaurant is small, but the food is cooked with love. Everything is homemade. Order in advance trout for dinner. It will be freshly caught the same day. Breakfast was more than satisfying. We liked the most - donuts (mekitsa) with a mix of blueberry and strawberry jam. We will come back!

Review 15：Staff does not speak a word of English. Hotel advertised as in the town centre but it is in the outskirts of the city and the road to reach it is awful, in bad shape and plenty of bumps. City centre more than 20 minutes away on foot. For the price it is better to book any other hotel in the centre. Wifi does not work.

Review 36：Very cosy, clean and nice hotel. Staff (manager Ivanka) is very friendly and attentive. Very good local food in restaurant though breakfast may seem not too abundant. Stunning mountain view from all windows. Just next to the hotel the alpine meadow and pine grove. The road to the hotel is not smooth and easy. We failed to find path to the hotel by Garmin but signs really helped. So, follow the signs which start from city center.
