Review 1：Only open from 3-9 pm, water on bathroom floor constantly, no soap for shower, bloodstains on sheets and sent email to iwner and he did not even reply
Review 2：Many rules about visitors and general behaviours posted with threatened $500 fines. Owner unwelcoming. Not a relaxed atmosphere.

Review 4：Too much noise at all hours of the night - people drinking and talking on the common balcony right outside the door - had to get up and ask them to quiet down on two occasions. A summertime thing I guess....

Review 9：Staff planned to charge extra 35$ if unable to make checkin before 8pm ( difficult with travelling) and this is hidden in fine print, Clerk was french speaking mainly which was not advertised ( difficult to communicate, no translator available), tv remote didn't work so unable to use tv, shower controls didn't work, airconditioner and its controls high out of reach unless you climbed on rattan (broken) unstable chair and it was very noisy air conditioner once turned on, no available clerk after 8pm to assist with any concerns, dusty room.

Review 11：Everything was hassle free! Michel was even nice enough to have a restaurant list prepared for us in advance! I would highly recommend this motel! They have memory foam matress' and pillows...most comfortable beds we had at any hotel during our trip.

Review 13：The owners are very accomodating. We knew there was a check-in limit of 8pm, but we were way behind travelling, as we didn't get there until 930. They made sure we had our room waiting for us. It relieved the stress of being on the highway trying to race to get there. I met them in the morning, super nice people. we were able to make arrangements on the road, on my phone by email, to booking.com, they were instramental in having a successful stay as they contacted the motel then emailed me back within the hour. I didn't even get out of my truck. We just kept on travelling.

Review 17：I didn't like the fact that staff had access to our room when we were not there to put in clean towels etc, but that may be the policy in other hotels, I am not sure. We had left personal belongings in there and I was not comfortable with this. I would sooner have gone to pick up my own towels and emptied my own garbage where we were there for a few days,

Review 19：Was charged more than expected.rude at first check in,showed up to check in at 2 o,clock and was rudely told check in is not till 3 o,clock.lists of rules posted in room explaining how you will be charged for all sorts of strange things like if you make popcorn in your room you will be charged for clean up fee for the smell.no visitors or guests allowed at any time.etc...I was worried about everything we touched or did may end up in extra charges.that made stay very uncomfortable.also told to get quick showers in evening due to small hot water tank for whole motel.lol

Review 21：Office closed before the 8 PM published time. We arrived to closed office and we're unable to get a room. We are having to contest the charge they processed claiming a no show.
Review 22：There was no one there at 2:50 in the afternoon. The gentleman showed up 5 minutes later and I asked to check in. He was upset because I was 5 minutes early. There was also no service for anything after 8:00 p.m so if I had a problem there was no one to go to and no number to contact anyone. They gave me a list of things I could not do. I never stayed anyplace that gave me a list like that. There was post in the room at the door and fridge if you did certain thing they would charge you $500. We felt like we could not do anything. I was not allowed to have family visit me at my room. Or it was a fine. Never again will I waste my money there. :(

Review 24：It was very clean, fairly up to date decor and comfortable. We had 2 different rooms. My only complaint is that they had memory foam covering the mattresses. I have back problems so it was very uncomfortable for me but everyone else in our group of 5 was so happy having the memory foam. So it's just something to keep in mind. I would DEFINATELY stay here again for a night. Maybe not for an extended stay though.
Review 25：Some of the rules were pretty sticky (like a charge if you stay longer than the usual checkout time or if you cook microwave popcorn in the room) but nothing applied to us, so not problem.

Review 41：We love staying here, the beds are comfy, everything is nice and clean.It is in a perfect location, 10-15 min walk to downtown moncton or a 2 min drive. It is quiet location and Michel the owner is very friendly! This is our 4th stay, a different room each time and they are all nice!

Review 45：The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a comfortable bed made the stay enjoyable. It looked like they were just finishing some remodeling and the facility as a whole was clean and pleasing.
Review 46：If you are just looking for a place to sleep after a day of activities, this place is perfect. I had 2 children; dbl andtwin bed room, nice fridge/freezer and microwave. It was neat, clean. Smoking is permitted outside so the rooms smell vaguely of smoke if windows are left open. Great place!
Review 47：There was some kind of whooshing noise coming from the largest beer fridge. The tub had some residue or scratches and it didn't drain quickly. No phone but we didn't need one.

Review 53：The rickety double bed. Small space. I did not see many bed clothes being changed by the owner who was the desk clerk, and the room cleaner. I watched him for a bit but did not see bed clothes being changed. To me that is quite disgusting. The other thing that struck me was the disclaimer required to be signed which included an impression of my drivers licence. The disclaimer says that I agree to pay $15 for every half hour I am in the room past 11AM on check out day. There seemed to be no forgiveness for oversight. For my situation it was OK because I had no plans to stay there any longer than I had to. I arrived late and left early. I would stay there again if it was the last choice. Antique television.

Review 57：We lived in room 12: there not a place to hang your clothes - only one hanger and 2 hooks on the entrance door. There is not space between head part of the bed and a fridge - noisy. !!! Tip: use a possibility to book cheaper way, 1 day in advance. We booked ~40 hours before check-in = $ 100+13% "only one room is left!", but when I looked at booking.com next day the rate was $75+13% "only 3 room are left!" Try to book cheaper! p.s. Room 12 any time have to cost no more than 75+13 per nite.
Review 58：Location - on Main Street, 5 min drive from Delta Bo. Hotel. Traffic/neighborhood is quiet enough(Sat-Sunday, in July). Clean. A bath-soap-shampoo basket was full.

Review 60：I have stayed at gomotel before and this was much better than January 2013. The rooms have all been redone, with memory foam mattress. New bedding, and all rooms appear to have been renovated. I will definitely stay again.

There was no dvd player in the room. There was garbage on the floor from a previous guest and the bathroom has seen better days.
