Review 1：Location was excellent, staff were quite helpful, and room clean and in good condition. We considered the hotel to be good value for money. the dining room was not open at evenings but we found good food quite close to the hotel.

Review 2：Horrible Internet works 5 minutes per hour. Only doorman spoke English and hence ordering room service or complaining about Internet was very challenging and remained unresolved

Review 3：Very clean hotel. I actually checked out of another hotel to go to this hotel. Very nice room. Hard wood floors in room which is nice. (No smelly carpets). My hotel of choice for future visits if they address my concerns.

Review 4：Hotel is located in a nice area, staff is very kind and attentive. Felipe, the guy that helped me with my check in was impeccable, as well as his English. Room/laundry service staff are stars, always ready to help, fast & efficient. Breakfast is very good, offering plenty of options.

Review 5：The staff gave bad directions and spooked me about the safety of the area, seemed very safe to me. Check google maps yourself and go for a wander. Not much of a city for nightlife at all.

Review 6：Liked the room and fast internet speed, the location was central but be warned the ATMs in the area don't work after 10pm. However, after trying all the banks I did find that HSBC gave me the essential cash I needed.

Review 8：The hotel was very nice! The staff was kind, polite and helpful and the room was very big, clean and comfortable. The bed was very good too. The tv had a lot of channels and the wifi was working fine. Also, the hotel is very well located.
