Review 1：People working there are so crusty and uncomfortable....we stay there 3 Nights but only 1st day we got a Camomille...day after BAR close....for strike maybe....and the 3rd night the Bear Reception Man cannot or didn't want to find it....crazy!!!

Review 13：If you book on Booking.com, be careful, because I don't think some of the staff really understand the system. I booked with this site, and paid the full agreed fee upon arrival. When I checked out, I was waiting across the road for the airport bus, and suddenly I saw one of the managers screaming at me from across the road, claiming I hadn't paid the full bill (I am to understand that we got a good deal for our stay), and was demanding me to come back and pay the rest. This was highly embarrassing, not to mention that myself and my girlfriend had hung around the hotel area for an hour before leaving, which gave the manager plenty of time to discuss his error in private. I refused to return to the hotel, and the manager departed, visibly upset. I received no follow-up communication from the staff, and only received a apology when I emailed them the next day for clarification on the issue. Anyway, if you book with booking.com, get a receipt from Nefeli, and hang onto it during your stay!

Review 16：We were very pleased with this hotel and the lovely staff. We initially booked to stay for one night and decided to extend to 3 nights. We felt very welcomed and comfortable and will most definitely stay here if we return to Athens. The location is great, specially if you prefer to be away from turistic places and enjoy seaside walks. You can easily take a bus for 20 min to all the attractions. P.S. The local shops and shop owners are great! We walked up the street every night for gyro (blue's cafe I think it was called) and gelato.

Review 20：Windows in single room with no balcony only opened a few inches at the top. Just the building design and tight fit in the bathroom. I am very slender and kept hitting my hips on the sink when I entered. Not an issue in single room with balcony though.

Review 21：The staff was amazing. Very accommodating. Rooms were exceptionally clean and when I asked to upgrade to a room with a balcony there was no extra charge. I stayed there 2x during my trip. Stay at different hotel for 2 other nights and couldn't wait to get back to nefeli hotel. It's super close to awesome beach. I had to leave my roses behind and they actually kept them well for me because they knew I was coming back.

Review 22：A "grey" hotel. Not very clean and with some smells ... but in general ok. Don't use this hotel if you want a quiet place because is 100 m far way from main road in Athena.

I would not recommend staying here.

Review 97：Cheap, by the sea, fresh towels and bed made every day. There is a bus/tram stop right outside the hotel "Kalamaki". You can get the X96 direct to/from the airport which comes every 30 mins. The tram into Athens takes about half an hour and a single costs 1.20. Breakfast is great; fresh bread, boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, pastries/cake. Ideal for a hot climate. This hotel was value for money and the view was great.

There was a primary school next door with fairly high noise levels - as is to be expected. Breakfast was limited in choice and in seating accomodation.

But I received an option of picking a double bed sea viewbalcony room or a separate bed non sea view balcony room. I asked themwhat the Executive Lounge and access includes that I booked and theysaid I can sit on a couch in the lobby and watch tv that's it. So Iasked them why I paid extra for it and they said they don't knowevery room has the same benefits no matter if you book the suite,executive room or a regular room. The bathrooms are very small. The roomwas very tight. The breakfast was very poor with nothing more than 3items on the menu. The pictures on booking.com don't even look closeto what the hotel really looks like. A big fraud. Do not book this hotel

Review 114：-The poorest breakfast I've ever seen. -Some of the so called executive double rooms are very small. They are actually budget single room, but they call it double AND executive. -I was there during the holiday breaks, but if you go there while the kids are at school, the noise that comes from the school will interrupt your sleeping.

Review 115：-The bed was very comfortable, and the room looks nice and clean. -The staff is very nice, polite and friendly. -Only the renovated rooms look nice. Some of them have balcony, and some not. The ones that have, are a little bit bigger and better. Nice color design and interesting mirrors. If you book a room in this hotel, my advice is to book an executive room and ask only for the bigger ones. - You can take a walk by the sea which is only 1 minute from the hotel.

Review 117：well for sure the quality of the bed is magnificent i did shop around and my room was 507 which is good as not close to the big Poseidonion Avenue. The school in the morning is good for the night but take not of hundreds of beautiful kids will start shouting from 730am :-)

Review 120：I stayed with my girl for one night in the "Executive Room with view on the sea". -View on the sea is deception cause to see the sea you have to hang yourself out of the balcony. -Bathroom >the washbasin was dirty, there was rust and was flooding. >In the shower, between the wall tiles there were black things like bacteria or mold. >Shower hose was damaged and the water wasn't flowing well, which means salts. All in all, it was like they have spend money only for the sleeping room but for the bathroom none! It's really disappointing! I would't recommend it even to my enemy and of course I won't go again!
