Review 1：Location was fantastic. It was only 1 block from the main church. Parking was very easy on the street, free overnight (at least in November). Also liked the small (but shared) kitchen with plenty of dishes and complimentary coffee. Great views of the water from the kitchen. The owner was responsive to questions.

Review 2：Bit of a pain having to return several times to feed the parking meter outside and in hindsight we should have found a 24-hr spot. Steep stairs will be tricky for anyone with limited mobility or for small children. The interior keys seem to all fit more than just the lock on your door - so not a great deal of security. But we were happy there and if you like laid back this will do you fine.

Review 3：Nice rooms, good location and in a lovely town. River view was super. Very laid back with use of your own room plus a shared kitchen and dining area. Real flexibility on check in and check out times. Restaurants and a bakery on your doorstep for dinner and breakfast. My room was small but fine for me - my friend's was larger by street-side. Would definitely stay again.
