Review 1：the bedroom was great! Location of the hotel is perfect. The spa is clean. Swimming pool is small and covered but perfect when it's raining :) Possibility to park just in front of the hotel

Review 2：We booked a room with balcony but there were no balcony in the room - they did seem not aware of our reservation on booking and we waited 20mn - the staff was not friendly or even helpful and their English was pretty bad so difficult to communicate with

Review 6：One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because they had a rooftop pool, but it wasn't open :( our reservation on bookings.com also couldn't be found and even after I showed them my confirmation email they refused to honor the price I had been quoted and said to pay te full rate in the morning. They did sort it out before we left in the morning and ended up giving us the quoted rate from bookings.con
