Review 1：Everything else. This facility does not cover any of the requirements for a 5 star hotel! It was cold in the SPA area, since central heating was not working. Bad smell in the corridors. In the so called "Eastern style" restaurant was cold and dishes were bad and expensive. The cherry on the top was the breakfast! A fine selection of the cheapest and low quality products, available on the local market. The coffee from the coffee-machine was impossible to drink. Soft drinks had color, but no taste. Our stay in this hotel was a complete disappointment!

Review 2：We've been offered to take an appartment, although our reservation was for a double room.

Review 3：The restaurant can improve a bit to meet expectations. We had to check restaurants outside. Furniture has signs of wear but not a big issue.

Review 4：Value for money is good. Junior suits are spacious and comfortable. Nice pools, kids corners, green areas. Excellent views, clean air and green neighboring hills.

Review 5：The room carpet was extremely dirty and stained. At places, near the windows, it was moldy. The bathroom and especially the shower cabin was dirty. The drains were clogged. There was a huge hole on my bathrobe. All the pools were dirty and on one day there were no free sunbeds. The breakfast was poor, and once, there coffee machine was broken. The staff was impolite and incompetent.

Review 6：Еднственото, което ми хареса беше сауната. Нямаше много хора. ---- The only thing I liked was the sauna and the fact that there were fewer people at the hotel.

Review 7：In the room there is air conditioner, the remote control was glued to the wall and the unit doesn't cool enough. After telling the staff (resepsionict & manager) about the problem of air conditioning, the manager told me to leave the hotel and take my money back.

Review 9：The property is located at the very center of the town. All facilities have great capacity but very poor maintenance. Outside pools are enormous and pleasant for swimming.

Review 12：We stayed in the hotel for one evening on 3 October 2014. At 3am in the morning we were awoken by drunken louts shouting and arguing in the corridor outside our room. After 20m minutes or so we called security who did attend but after they left the noise continued until about 4.30 am. We went to the reception at 9am but received no apology from the staff who clearly were unable to cope or handle the situation well.

Review 13：Dirty bathroom with much mould in the corners and between the tiles. Dirty glass of the shower cabin . Bathroom door had expanded from the moisture. Unreliable restaurants!

Review 15：The hotel is too old, no air conditioning, was very noisy. The Managerwas not polite from the beginning! The breakfast was week, and the sameevery morning! I am not 100 % sure that the swimming pools are minerals!Spa facilities were all the time wet, short staff and same person is amaintenance and is working in the spa! Most of the facilities in thehotel were closed! Need to update the information on booking.com as itis misleading customers!

Review 16：The rooms and bathrooms need to be refurbished; our room was in Block 2 which seemed totally haunted with no staff at all around. At night it was actually quite scary and we could have shot some scenes for a horror movie!

Review 18：The water in the outdoor pool was very cold. Poor Wi-Fi in the room. No balcony in the room, so the drying of the towels and swimming costumes were simply impossible. No extra towels at the pool, so it was a big problem.

Review 29：The beds creaked every time you dared to move in them and were quite small. Unusually the reception staff did not speak English but then my Bulgarian is almost non existent. Spa members of staff did speak English and helped out.

Review 30：The spa facilities and pool are fantastic and the hotel food is very good. A good thing to note that the outdoor pool is not filled until June. Having said that even if you go in the earlier months there is also a very good indoor pool. Spa treatments well priced and every body is friendly.

Review 37：Suppl. bed was terrible. So was the breakfast - I had better ones in 3 stars hotels (also in BG). The furniture, towels, bathrobes had definitely seen better days... Unfortunately, at the outer pool, there are a lot of outside people coming in and the place becomes very crowded. I had to stand and look at them a few times, not having where to stay (all the sunbeds were taken)... If they would voluntarily degrade the hotel to 4 stars and adopt adequate prices, it would be a good thing. And a lot more care to the maintenance!!!

Review 38：Not a real 5 star hotel, but at the price we paid, it was a good deal. The room was big enough to accommodate us together with our 14 y.o. daughter, but her bed was terrible. :(( The staff was kind and helpful, except those from the restaurant. Speaking of which, I have to point out that in no way the five stars displayed near its' entry door are real. The only thing that made us really happy were the pools - outside and interior ones.
