Review 1：On the high floors (4th & 5th) was trouble with wi-fi connection. It's delicious, but I would like to have a more varied breakfasts.

Review 2：Absolutely reasonable Value for money. Great location, close to the station, Gornergrat ski lift, shops and ski-rental. After the renovation - great rooms' design! Large swimming pool. Some rooms have Matterhorn View. Very clean. Fireplace in the lobby area!

Review 4：Free upgrade because it was our honeymoon. Clean. Big room. Good wifi. Offered free electric car transfer service from Zermatt shuttle train service to the hotel (Information counter offered to help us to call the hotel when we arrived). Even though it was just 3 minutes walk. Met a very friendly and helpful young hotel concierge man on our arrival.

Review 5：Twice in a row the room stinked of cigarette because of the room donwtsairs ! horrible ! The rest was very nice though the hot underground breakfast room with zero view is disappointing for a week-end in the mountains.

Review 7：Was disappointed in the Matterhorn view. I'd been to Zermatt before and recalled a better view. This patio view was mostly eclipsed by the mountain in front, but you still got the feel of looking at the Matterhorn. Since the hotel is left from the train station, you're 5 minutes out of the energy and buzz - no issue, just wanted to be more in the energy of the area. Many will in fact like the quieter area.

Review 8：Facilities are terrific - the recreation area is new and well equipped with a 96 degree jacuzzi, sauna and cold water pool. Nice restful loungers accent the perimeter. Great after a sauna and cold shower. Breakfast was good.

Review 19：The Hotel is situated at a walking distance from the Zermatt Train station and is also centrally located in the heart of the town. The breakfast was definitely the highlight with its vast spread. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable for a single person like myself. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend people to choose Hotel Ambassador for their stay. I would definitely want to come back to this hotel whenever I plan on visiting Zermatt in the future.

Review 55：The helpful and friendly staff especially Alexandra and Sora, great variety of food for breakfast. Our room with Matterhorn view with balcony was fantastic especially to see the view from the bed! We also loved the pool and ski facilities (as possible to rent skis etc there as well) and were also glad of the kind help of luggage to station nearby. Was great to have the Gorner grat train station nearby as well as for Sunnega. Would definitely come back here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Review 56：There are no double beds in the hotel even though they will accept your booking for one. Most wardrobe cupboards locked and apparently belong to time share owners. Our room had a broken door. Management disinterested, didn't even ask if we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very close to the train stations. Breakfast was excellent. Dining room staff is great. Front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 63：overpriced for the staff's friendliness and efficiency. Bathrobes missing in room then asked for it, stayed 2 nights and it never came. Made snowman and kindly asked one staff to take some pictures for us, but he refused the 3rd one after taking a couple not so great shots. Had one dinner the food was ok but it kept us waiting for way too long and hushed us in disrescpect when we chased for it.
