Review 1：The only thing that we noted was that the bed was too soft, but this is a very individual preference and we don't consider is as a serious problem.

Review 2：The front desk person ( Dimitrios) was very kind and helpful. After seeing the car traffic in the city, I was worried about parking. The hotel has agreement with a nearby underground parking for big discount and the parking was a no issue . The room was small, but clean and well equipped. The interiors are decorated in a very interesting style.

Review 3：Breakfast was very poor for the price of the hotel , bread was old and hard and poor selection of meats cheeses and hot food. No wine in the mini bar and when it was brought was warm.

Review 11：Air condition was making a terribile noise and in the middle of the night has stoped working. First floor room facing main street si very noisy and due to the facade lightning, bugs are everywhere. Therefore you cannot open the balcony. Breakfast was basic and coffee was watery.

The hotel is located close to the water front, in a very active area of the city, full of shops, bars, clubs, etc. The staff was great, very friendly and considerate, the parking was reserved, which was a big plus as it's very difficult to park in the area, the room was clean and with a very nice view. Wi-Fi also worked great. I would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

Review 16：1. The water flash mechanizm in the toulet bowl was broken. I was to hang-up the cup of the bowl to flash the water. This means that toilet eqipment was not new and does not regularly renovated. Since I was staying only for the night I did not arisen this issue to the staff. 2. Breakfast was poor. No clasical eggs- just omlete mixed with chees. No fruits. In general brekfast is ok, but woud be better to have more choice since the hotel is considered 4 stars.

Review 18：Quite dirty and cheaply built. I would say that it would be a max. 2 star hotel in western Europe. Poor breakfast choices and damaged plates and glasses. Apart from the location I would definitely not recommend it.

Review 21：Slightly outdated hotel with great design and perfect service. spacious rooms with comfortable beds. blackout curtains to block light. Service is fantastic. reception is very useful and friendly. we have not had breakfast, so, no comments about the food, but breakfast boxes were pretty good. Special thanks to the restaurant stuff (Elena) who helped us getting a pap (porridge) for small kids' lunch Слегка (технически) устаревший отель с чудным дизайном, высокие потолки, большие комнаты (3х местное размещение) и удобные кровати. Ресепшин очень вежлив, дружелюбен. На завтраки не попадали, но коробки с холодным завтраком вполне приличные (тост с сыром и мясом, кекс, сок и яблоко на каждого человека). Ресторану особое спасибо. Приготовили для детей на обед овсянку из наших запасов и по нашей рекоммендации, сервировали в комнате и не взяли денег

Review 42：Our 3th stay. Renewed rooms, well cleaned, very, very helpfull and friendly staff, many choices at breakfast, supermarket around the corner, perfect wifi (8th floor), area with shops and restaurants. With electric wheelchair no problems.

The location is good as well - walking distance to most sites in the city and on a very pleasant street. It was nice to watch the street from the balcony sipping wine. The staff was friendly and accomodating; the breakfast also good and tasty.

Review 111：Breakfast was of 2star quality. The coffee had a metalic taste and was rather weak and on our first morning, by 9.45 most trays were empty. Upon requesting some refils, the staff said that as it was near closing time, there would be no more provisions. A 4 star hotel should have its buffet full (or almost) even for a short while after "closing time". After all, when you stay at a hotel for a week-end, the last thing you want is to rush at breakfast time
