Review 1：It says there's an airport shuttle but it's only the city's own and to me that's not the same thing and for me, that made things a lot harder. Also, the room was tiny and not inviting.

Review 3：Cleaning cleaning cleaning This place is managed by ASIANs so guesswhat? The place is dirty!!!!!Showers & toilets aren't cleaned properly and the rooms are terrible , stuffy, dark, gloomy, with THICK layers of Dirt! Pillow & bedding are dirty and there's no aircon only an old dust covered domestic fan. I asked staff when is the room cleaned & she replied "when you leave". !!! So your out of luck if you book in for 1 week. Dark and gloomy TV lounge with very old sofas and the Kitchen OMG, don't cook in their your get sick!! plus the dining tables & chairs are out dated and of course dirty. Spend a little extra & stay somewhere else. Good luck in your travels.

Review 4：A casual stroll to the cbd is about 10 minutes & there's afree bus also.Although a bit expensive the Internet computers are available and includes a scanner, great for resumes & documents. Private rooms are available but terrible, see note below. There's lots of bars, clubs, restaurants & cafes near by & reasonable security entrance at night.

Review 5：The wifi can only be connected at the courtyard. Need to have a lighter / matches to turn on the gas stoves.

Review 16：Carpets and floor extremely old and stink. Old smelly pillows. Brown sheets so you can't see the stains. Squeakiest floor boards you will ever hear, with people either side next to you up at 5am for work... Just great.

Review 19：The free city blue CAT is 100m away. The place is quite old and worn out, but kitchen and bathroom/toilet are clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable in the single room I had.

Review 20：We stayed here three days on our trip to perth. We booked at private room which was very basic with a bunk bed. Staff were friendly and it was good to have computers available. Very good location. Toilets and showers were quite good with decent private shower cubicles. Kitchen area was very busy the one time we did try to use it but we were there on holiday so weren't planning on cooking that much. I'd say its a good place to stay if you just want a bed for a couple of nights and plan on going out during the day but its obviously not a luxury hotel.

Review 22：Britannia on William is definitely the biggest backpackers I have ever stayed at... This property is like a two floor labirynth :) Both the kitchen located on the first floor and bathrooms situated on the first and second floor are very spacious and clean. Moreover, the kitchen is very well equipped with all utensils useful for cooking. The common areas of the hostel are regularly cleaned in the morning and in the evening. The reception staff is nice, friendly and helpful, and can advise you on any tourist attractions worth of seeing. Luggage storage is free of charge (next to the reception). This is very convenient in case of having a huge luggage that you can store before travelling somewhere else. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood of the hostel. I also liked that the hostel is located in a very historic building.

Review 24：we came here with a group of 32 people.the room was nice and clean and so do the toilet.staff was very friendly and helpful since before we came they already help us with the question and patiently reply to our email especially mr andrew and they also willing to help us dividing our groupmate into specific room.the location of the hostel was near to cat bus and also train station.its really worth the money we paid.

Review 25：There is unthinkable annoying Chinese female old staff which keep shouting at us from check in to check out. And the pay 5 WiFi was so slow. And as there is no mosquito screen, you cannot sleep with the itch.

Review 26：The location is very noisy - great if you want to party, not so great if you want to sleep. The rooms are small, run down and not very comfortable for the price you pay. However, no place in Perth is good value for money.

No lockers super hot invariably. I woke up with a rash on my neck when I used the comforter as a pillow under the other one that is still itchy dats later

Review 31：They bathroom s were ok but the pressure was poor in some. The water was hot when you got it at an ok temp. They had a lift and there was someone at reception 24 hours. Was able to leave my stuff to be picked up by a taxi for 12 hours no problem.

Review 32：Not knowing beforehand there was a $100 limit for using eftpos! $20 key deposit! Bad pillows, dingy room, unclean, untidy toilets, squeaky air vent, very dirty grille over the air vent. Having to bring your bed sheets and pillow cases down to reception. The ceiling light didn't work in the room!

There was a little fan but the air didn't arrive at the top bed. The carpet was filthy. A lot of bugs on the kitchen bench and a disgusting smell in the fridge. Too expensive for the offered quality.
