Resort Village Sunparks Ardennen sells fast on our site. Set in the Ardennes region, Sunparks offers bright, free-standing cottages with a private terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available in the park centre and tickets to the heated indoor pool, Aquafun are included.
The spacious cottages feature a modern décor and are fitted with heating. Each has a living room with a TV. Bathrooms come with heated towel rails and a bath or shower.
Meals can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a coffee machine and a microwave. A buffet and an à la carte restaurant are on site. The park also has a supermarket.
Guests can hike or cycle through the Ardennes countryside. Sunparks Ardennen also has a midget golf course and a tennis court. Pets are welcome.

Review 1：The food choice inside the park is very poor and price. Easily solved by Spar and local cafes in 5 min drive.

Review 2：We had great time in the middle of the forest. Aquapark is great fun and also indoor playground next to the bar was spectacular.

Review 3：Bathroom and toilette room in the cottages are small. Every activity like table tennis etc. costs extra.

Review 6：In this period it village was quite calm. The pool was ok. The cottage is OK, well equipped but take care when you travel with children to ask a cottage where the two rooms are on the same level. In our cottage it was not the case. As the restaurant and shop expensive it's nice to have a ship 500 m from the village.

Review 8：very good price-quality, certainly for families with young children. We stayed in cottage 139, which was next to the playground and nearby the swimming center and central building. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and recently renovated. Our kids loved the aqua park. I really liked the location.

Review 9：it is a pity that the room is way too old, which makes this stay a bit unpleasant. The rooms definitely needs a big renovation work to match the fantastic place they offer.

Review 10：The location is great. It is well situated inside of a forest with nice surrounding areas . Easy to find local restaurants, activities, etc. The sun park also offers adequate fun to kids with an indoor heated pool.

Review 15：Cabins need upgrade! Cracks in walls, bad smells, toilet leaks, old heaters Not clean - dead flies on ceiling - dusty/moldy. Dogs sometimes unleashed (not reinforced) Cars parked everywhere - speed limit not reinforced. Restaurants understaffed - long lines and waiting long time for food. WIFI in park center very slow. No WIFI at cabins (which we were informed about)

Review 17：Low standard of the cottages. Cold inside climate. Electrical heating systems are noisy and insufficiant. Illumination inside very bad. Unconfortable furnitures. Old television. Well: everything old.

Review 19：We only stayed 1 night thank god and we would not want to spend a whole week there. The holiday house was cold and smelled of damp. The bed mattresses were stained and dirty. On arrival I asked the staff about breakfast and was told the time and location of the restaurant. However the staff forgot to mention that it had to prebooked the day before and so no breakfast the next day. The bedding was charged extra at € 11.50 per person, making the overnight stay quite expensive. We would certainly not stay again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Review 27：Chalet was clean but needed repairs and a lick of paint. Light switch cases broken, damp in bedroom, fireplace coming off the wall. Pool area needed some painting and 5 of the 8 Jacuzzis were broken. Bit of a downmarket Centerparcs. Not enough staff either. A real shame.

Review 29：The house was old and appeared not clean. Downstairs had a damp smell. Beds were very soft and very uncomfortable.Pillows were even worse. The park was understaffed and the staff present was not able to accommodate our requests for a better apartment.

Review 31：*Swimming dangerous behind the line when the waves start - they need to check first if anyone's swimming in that area. Lifeguard was excellent, though. *Recreational activities too expensive. *TV channels mainly French-speaking.

Review 32：*Staff excellent: quick, friendly, efficient (receptionists, swimming pool lifeguard, repair technician,...). *Cosy cottages, simple but functional and clean; value for money. *Enough privacy. *Well-run organisation.

Review 33：The lack of basic maintenance. There were too many instances of electrical plugs half in and half out of the walls. There was an ugly gap in the loo floor and too little lighting if you wanted to read indoors.

Review 36：Well maintained park at excellent location, beautiful nature around, great facilities (water park!), mountain river and lake in 10 min walk, F1 track in 30 min drive. Finally, great value for money.

Review 37：The complex is on is steep hill and not suitable if you had elderly parents and wanted to walk into Vielsalm or you had accom like ours which was quite a way from the amenities. The pillows were old and uncomfortable. Bring your own. Paying extra for linen. We didn't as I read you had to so brought our own with us.

Review 38：The view from our accommodation was great, across the valley. The pool complex was very nice and not busy, indeed the whole complex seemed relatively empty. The few staff we met were friendly and helpful. It was good value for money, as we got a deal but I would not have been happy if I had paid full price as the complex and the accommodation are rather tired looking now and in need of an update.

Review 57：In the price we booked the room, sheets were not included but there was no warning of this, anywhere in the site of booking.com. We had to pay extra 29 euros for sheets for the 4 of us (no towels in this price) and had to put the sheets to the beds ourselves. -The water in the piscines was over-chlorinated! Terrible for the eyes!!

Review 61：The swimming pool was located in the lower ground floor and there was no access for buggys, or wheelchairs, only stairs. Also, when we visited the complex there was only one open restaurant in the complex, which narrows the possibilities a bit.

Review 64：The location was great and lodge, basic, but comfortable and clean. The shop and bar facilities were really good, offering fresh bread and pastries every morning from 8am.

Review 67：Many things, the information that they presented in the web site of booking.com was quite misleading, the room price include just the swimming pool, for all the other facilities you have to pay apart, for the use of the tennis court, 17,5 per hour, for example. Also the price for bed lining and towels was too much for staying one night, for us a family of 4 members was 50 euros extra. Also the cottage were not well clean and in the bathrooms there was not a single soap. The heating in the rooms was not working, just in the leaving room. I would certainly NOT RECOMMEMD IT, I think it is too expensive for the almost not existing confort that you receive.

Review 71：Wij waren erg verrast over de goede service,vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het huis was al opgewarmd bij onze aankomst, zeer aangenaam! Alles was netjes gepoetst. De bedden waren uitstekend! Wij hadden huis nr. 405. en we konden er niets op aanmerken. Het zwembad was lekker warm en er is veel toezicht. Proficiat aan alle werknemers!

Review 72：- Poor customer service, staff did not have enough information of the cottage keys- despite of booking 2 months in advance the cottage was located very far from parking and to climb 2 hills with stairs and take the child and pram was impossible - bulb in the bathroom was not working - internet was not present in the cottages
