Review 1：Unbearable loud music nextdoor throughout the whole night. I had to call the police to end it. No compensation, no sorry nothing.

Review 10：*Everything run out, no one filled up so the breakfast room was full but no bread, no juice, no youghurt, no ham, no croissant nearly nothing and that one hour before they stop serving breakfast. * The room we reserved was described as newly renovated - I will say newly painted...bathroom was a catastrophe and no space to sit.It was just a bed in the room an two folding/camping chairs, if we have funfold the chairs we would have been staring at the door just 20 cm ahead of us. * Long time to find staff to check in, (it´s also a restaurant) finally when checking in payment went thru but no receipt only credit card slip. They promised to fix that. They didn´t and when checking out they still couldn´t get us a receipt. They tried to give us a print screen from their booking system that it says €xxx what does that mean? After discussing we where in a hurry so they promised to email us a proper receipt. We still haven't got it after more than one month. * Really rude and ignorant staff, we where out traveling for three weeks and we never ever met staff like this hotel.

Review 15：For a 2** hotel, it's fair enough. The staff was friendly and careful to details. For the clients who are accommodated at the hotel, the restaurant has menus with better prices then clients not staying at the hotel. The breakfast and the dinner were good and tasty. The room was clean and exactly like in one of the pictures (well, except the orchids witch were obviously for photo shoot) and with enough care and hygiene products.
Review 16：The room seems a little bit narrow, and during the check-in, this senior couple, they, are, drinking wine~~ Um, I really appreciate the Wallonia life style.

Review 18：Upgraded our room to "superior" at a premium of some Euro50.00 . The room was, at best, ordinary. Open racking for clothes? Not a great idea. No hairdrier ,no full length mirror ( neither a problem to me, but my partner was less than impressed ). Not particularly spacious. Breakfast was as one would expect in any European hotel. Overall left us feeling as if we didn't get much for our money, next time we visit Durbuy out of season we'll turn up and grab something.

Review 20：A lot is wrong with this hotel if you ask me. Its more a restaurant with a few chambers above it then a hotel. Room was very badly furnished. Staff was very friendly but running the restaurant was obviously their priority. Very noise room. Until 3'o clock you will have noise from the people sitting outside.

Review 23：Our short stay at the Hotel Ô'Terrasses was great. We arrived bytrain to nearby Barvaux on Saturday and we found out there were no busesto Durbuy. We called the hotel and the hotel manager, Rafaël, organisedtransport for us – he sent one of his staff to get us to the hotel.After checking in we enjoyed a cold Durboyse beer before heading off tothe Durbuy festival we came to Belgium for. We had no idea it was quitefar from the hotel – roughly 7 miles and Raphaël called a taxi for us toget there. Regarding our room – it was clean and cozy, the bed wascomfortable and I woke up refreshed in the morning despite going to bedat 3 am! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast – nice ham, scrambled eggs, freshbaguettes, croissants, orange juice, coffee… and a glass of champagne!After breakfast we went for a stroll around lovely Durbuy, while Raphaëlmade sure we’ll have a lift to the Barvaux train station to catch atrain to Brussels; he also checked trains for us online. All in all - wewere looked after throughout our stay. We also got a few bottles ofDurbuyse beer from Raphaël to enjoy at home! Thank you Rafaël, Sébastienand Letizia! Regards from uk!
Review 24：Nothing was done unless staff asked .room not cleaned .breakfast poor promised it would change never did.no staff stayed in Hotel over night (breech of health and safety)Fire extinguishers in some places blocked with rubbish .fire exits blocked .Hotel was broken into by smashing window next to our room I caught the people who did it going out the door no staff on site at all this was at 12 midnight .Will be taking my complaint further when back in UK

Review 26：I missed the eggs at breakfast, you go to Durbuy for some activities andyou need a good breakfast. There were bowls for yoghurt but no yoghurt.Orangejuice was not fresh. De rooms are very thins walled. You can hearthe other guest go to the toilet etc. There is no mirror in the room, nohair dryer. There is only a little table with one chair. You can notexplore a map together, only on the bed. I had the superior double room.It was just bigger then the rest of the rooms. The light next to the beddidn't work. My other friends had cold water and no hook for theshower head. Overall not the hotelI I will visit again. It's old andthe furniture very dated.

Review 28：Large room but very small bathroom. No wardrobe in the room so no way ofhanging anything. We had an issue when we arrived to find that despitemy confirmation email from Booking.com the Hotel did not have a recordof the booking and were fully booked. The Manager said he would try andfind us another Hotel but the Town was very busy. We had a call later inthe day to say tha he had a cancellation and could accommodate us afterall. It was just as well we went to the Hotel in early morning otherwisethis would not have been discovered and we could have been left with nowhere to stay if we had tried to check in later. A communication problembetween Booking.com and the Hotel...I Dont know who was to blame.
