Review 1：the spa center is nothing special, the inside pool is small and not very warm, so is the Jacuzzi.

Review 2：The rooms are splendid, the view also, it's very warm and cozy, we even got a baby cot. the breakfast was really nice

Review 3：There is nowhere decent to go for dinner out of the complex, and the service at the restaurant was terrible. Also there was some major miscommunication between reception and the seasonal staff, so we never ended up having the massages we booked. Also the rooms were not necessarily maintained much, we had 16 (sixteen!) light bulbs burnt in our room.

Review 6：The location...pool and environmental around! The place is close to many interesting destinations! The house is wide and comfortable...the staff take care about the cleanness inside/outside regularly.

Review 7：Upon arrival 1600 hours the reception staff could not find our booking (made 48 hours ago). They had free rooms available but first had to call the off duty manager to make sure it was ok to give us a room. Thankfully she said yes, we got a room however it was not cleaned so we had to wait 30 minutes to have it clean. During dinner we found out that some of the items in the menu cards did not match the final price on the bill, prices are actually 20 per cent higher.

Review 9：The kitchen seemed to have trouble keeping up with orders. We ordered french fries only one day and it took 1 1/2 hours!!!!

Review 10：Pool was wonderful. Houses were very nice and a lot of space! Restaurant food was pretty good (once it came out of the kitchen) and very reasonably priced.

Review 11：We had great experience overal, but there were few negative details. The restaurant needs more management attention, better planning and greater variety of meals will be good. Some of the food is prepared in advance and then heated in the microwave like soups and home made bread which affects the taste. The coffee included in the standard breakfest is of very poor quality, so I had to offer normal coffee extra.

Review 12：The property is very well designed, the rooms are comfortable with great view. The garden and the external pool with warm mineral water complement the great experience of being there. There is also a playground for children. Internal pool, sauna and steam bath were also nice. It was very pleasing that you can get as many extra towels as you need in the SPA center.

Review 13：The staff is rather sloppy, except for the restaurant. The rooms are dusty!

Review 16：The pool is 25 meters and is a mineral water pool. There were hardly any guests that we saw in the hotel so had use of the facilities eg sauna spa to ourselves.

Review 17：I think it was a bit early in the year for the hotel to be running properly. In the restaurant we had a problem with chicken not being cooked, and were told it was a new chef (the problem was sorted immediately, the restaurant staff were great). The spa area and indoor pool were quite cold, and noisy, so not comfortable for staying very long. That meant most people sat in the jacuzzi section, which was quite dirty as a result. The sauna and steam room were lovely though. In the summer I expect the hotel is lovely.

Review 18：This was a nice place to be in between more basic hotels on our travels. We enjoyed having the spa available for relaxing after a day hiking in the area. Apart from one problem, the restaurant and breakfast were great.

Review 20：It was a great weekend we spent in the magnificent Rodopi mountains . The place itself was very clean and the Spa zone as well. Of course, it is not so huge as some other places but you'll have all you need: a swimming pool, sauna, steambath, a small jacuzzi. The restaurant was also really nice with a great service and domestic food (the cheese was just amazing as it seemed to be a home-made). In addition, the hotel is a nice starting point to go and visit the caves "Devil Throat" and "Yagodina" :) Enojoy as much as possible.

Review 21：The lighting in the rooms is very poor. They chose to use only LED spotlights in the ceiling (electricity bill?). Also, furniture, floor and ceiling in the room are old/vintage style in dark brown wood color. This, coupled with the lighting gives the room a dark atmosphere, even during the day if cloudy.

Review 22：-The complex is absolutely beautiful. Gardening is out of this world and the attention to cleanliness is great. -Location is good too. We loved this area of Bulgaria. Roads, mountains and attractions like caves are near by. -The hotel is very baby friendly with nice baby bed available, baby chairs in the restaurant, baby play room with lots of toys. Well done there.

Review 28：That's the best hotel we've stayed in Bulgaria so far. Location - just outside of the city, still just 10 min walking to the center. Rooms - great, we got a bedroom in one of the private houses, the whole house has 2 bedroom and a big living room with a fireplace. Food in the restaurant was good, but the service maybe a bit slow due to the amount of people. The outdoor pool is quite big and warm - about 28 degrees, the inside pool - even warmer. Breakfast was rich and the view from the restaurant is very nice. Would definitely go there again and recommend to anyone staying in the picturesque region of Devin!

Review 29：Hospitality is more than that. The upper houses are difficult to reach with luggage. Even from the upper parking, you have way around with stairs (low light at night), not convenient. No fridge in the room. Breakfast misses details - tags on the dishes, mustard, .... Service (not facility), does not match a 4 star hotel
