Review 1：Paying for the room was a nightmare. Cash only, which is fine, then they don't exept euro but lev only. No bank or exchange office near. Made my day start the wrong way.

Review 3：Samokov town is not especially nice and we felt unsafe/uncomfortable in some areas. WiFi was variable but just about ok. Credit cards not accepted and we had some issues paying in Euros (but managed to do so eventually). We found one staff member on reception exceptionally rude and unhelpful - unfortunately she was the only cover for much of our stay and you can only judge by what you find...

Review 4：Hotel faciities are excellent and extremely good value for money. Dinner was basic but perfectly acceptable and plenty of it. Buffer breakfast was very good. Superb swimming pool and spa complex - no extra charge.

Review 5：One of the receptionist was very rude besides not accepting our credit card paying request. We had to go to the bank while raining in order to pay in cash.
