Review 3：Good location and easy walk along the river into the centre of Durbuy. Excellent service at checkin and in the restaurant - the food (ribs and steak) were superb!

Review 4：The only inconvenience is that there is no lift. The sliding glass door of the bathroom cannot be completely closed, leaving a narrow vertical space. A person using the bathroom can be seen by someone outside.

Review 13：Very warm welcome and room was perfect for family with two young children (6 and 9). Walking distance from centre of durbuy which is stunning!

Review 14：Most of the staff only spoke French, so although we're cabable of Dutch and English, we couldn't communicate well. Only the younger female staff apparently speaks other languages than French. We where directly lied to, when we asked if we could fit 5 people (two children) in two kayaks, and ended up paying extra. The rooms are nice, but the bathroom door is made of glass and can't close properly.

Review 15：The hotel itself is of nice quality, and a great bbq buffet. The kayaking trip was pleasent, and the city of Durbuy is definately worth a visit.. We asked for rooms away from the street, nice and quiet.

Review 36：We stayed last year on our way from England to Austria. It's very good value and this year we had a great steak dinner at the hotel rather than going into the very pretty, vibrant , Durbuy. Bed is very comfy and breakfast good. Hotel was full which is always a good sign. We're usually the only English people but there is always someone who speaks English .
