Review 1：The pool was too cold. The carpets in the room had a sigaret smell in them

Review 2：The room was ready for a family of 5 in no time. The staff were very nice and informativ. A walking distance from the center.

Review 3：The outside of the building is old - but don't let that put you off. The furniture is a bit shabby but the rooms are spotless.

Review 5：The SPA centre was cold, no soap anywhere. You have to pay additionally for the jacuzzi and thermal pool which are normally included in the price at good SPA hotels.

Review 6：- has problem with Wi-Fi in the hotel. - we have problems with payment on pos-terminal. There are two pos-terminals, unfortunately neither of them was working properly. They we saying “Unauthorized transaction”. We paid in cash but on the next day we saw in our bank account that one of the transactions through pos-terminal was executed. The personal was very kind and the refund the second payment. - the water in the pool was cold for me.

Review 7：- the hotel has excellent location near the center of Devin. - the personal is very nice and helpful. - rooms are big enough, clean and has all necessary accessories as towels, shampoos, ect.

Review 8：The building is old, very, very old. Everything smelled of dust. The restaurant was a joke, so was the breakfast. For this price you can sleep in much better places. Devin is overall overpriced! Not worthy.

Review 22：Our bed (beds, since a double is two twin beds pushed together) was very uncomfortable - hard springs with lumpy pillows. The carpet was fraying, and there were numerous stains on the walls. We had no bath, and the tiny shower leaked everywhere. We had no Wi-Fi connection in the room, and when I asked to be moved to a room where we could get a connection I was told to wait for the manager, who never arrived. The pool is nice, but the sauna was broken all weekend and the "spa" facilities appeared very sterile and cold. If I hadn't booked for two nights and was concerned that I wouldn't get my money back, I would have cancelled the second night and moved to a different hotel. Simply put, this may have been a good spa/hotel in 2004, but until the place is renovated take your business to the Ismena, Persnick, or Orpheus.

Review 23：The hotel is centrally located in Devin and easy to find. The hotel restaurant is adequate, as is the pool facility. There is a great view from the western, northern, and southern sides of the hotel.

Review 24：Reception does not take bookings for the Wellness Centre. Wellness Centre staff only arrive at 9 am - precious hours lost for the early birds. Listed services such as epilation not available due to lack of personnel. 'Special offers' posted in the lift are long overdue. Hot indoors pool was less than half empty. Outdoors pool was not serviced, in spite of excellent weather (and if filled up with hot water it would attract visitors year-round).

Review 26：The second breakfast (leftovers from the day before), the fact that the spa center was left unattended pretty much all the time. Not very spacious room with no balcony (despite it was explicit on the reservation)

Aftera while she found the reservation but gave us a room without a balconythat was stated in the reservation. That error was handled after lessthan an hour by the manager and we could move to a another room thatfulfilled the reservation. The breakfast had an improvement potential.Tourist information in english would have been nice since the kyrrillianalphabeth is not our mother tongue. Especially in such fantastic andbeautiful nature with eagle spotting and nice trekking.
