Review 1：The toilet could have been better nanaged. Water seeping and not draining out fast enough. Very unpleasant to enter toilet.

Review 7：No view. No shop. No transportation. I have requested one week earlier for deluxe room. I was given superior room for my stay. In my suprise, they suggested to rent extra bed that cost me $20 per night. Ridiculous! Secondly, Toilet floor is slippery, it may accidentally fall down if you not be extra cautious. Thirdly, The room are full of dust and there is mosquito in the room. My friend's son was suffered redness and itchness on his body. Aircon was not functioning well. Our hotel at 2nd floor with no view. Beside the building is contraction side.

Review 13：1.We reserved deluxe room yet we get a superior room. After informed the counter we managed to moved to the deluxe room. 2. After checked in deluxe room, air cond not working. Kettle leaking on the table and flow to the floor. 3. The room door lock break down. Up and down few times to the receptionist. My kids sleep on the floor to wait for the room door open. Very exhausted. 4. At the end, they used manual key to open the room door. 5. We try to scan the room door again yet it still not working thus we called to the receptionist to ask for the repair but no action by them at all till next morning we have to report to the next shift staff. 6. We request to change to the new room and informed us the new room no. when we reach hotel at night. 7. Unfortunately, the night shift staff didn't know about our incident thus we have to wait at the lobby for 20mins to let the staff find out our new room.

Review 14：Wifi connection really need to improve. Breakfast variety. The food is chilled even though they put it at the buffet tray. Should maintain all the times.

There is no safe deposit in the room, You have to connect to another wifi access point if you walk out of your level and The bottle of water cost 11k beware. The location wasn't that good as there is nothing around, there is a convenience outside the hotel but it cost more and don't sell much stuff.

Review 76：Location was very lousy, not near any shopping mall. NO free shuttle services provided for going to Mall area or Ferry Terminal. A lot of Mosqitoes flying in the bedroom. No proper blanket. When requested, given a stained bedspread instead.

Review 77：This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Rooms stinks, Bed Blanket filthy and smelly, rooms have a lot of mosquitoes that disturb our sleep terribly. Bed have a center depression that you will roll automatically to the centre of the bed. Walking distance is not possible to the nearest mall. You will definitely regret staying in this hotel.

Deluxe room, no small fridge and not spacious enough. Air conditioned circulation not satisfying. Swimming pool suitable only for children. No variety of facility.

Review 93：Taxis are available at the Ferry Terminal at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for those who want to have peaceful and undisturbed sleep, away from the hustle and bustle of city area. You can go shopping either at Batam Centre Shopping Centre near the Ferry Terminal or take a cab down to Nagoya Hill, as the location is at the centre between these two shopping centres. Those with own transport is at advantage.

Review 94：We ordered Chicken curry for supper but it was too SALTY, way too much even if I used to have savoury food. We called room service to change the chicken curry to fish curry to make sure they make new one for us, but they did not change to fish, sent us back the same bowl of chicken curry with diluted paste (still salty and watery). same bowl being used. we called room service again to tell them we did not like the service and wish to cancel it. they did not allow and finally change it to fish curry for us. but fish curry did not taste good either.

Review 100：They advertise the swimming pool but the pool very dirty and not welltaken care. The location not good for us because don't have anyshopping mall or shops near by. Everyday we need to pay taxi fare 50,000to go to Nagoya Shooping mall. If u all want quite place, u all can goto these hotel. I feel the hotel quite far from main town. The room okonly and the bathroom ok ok only. So before u all book these hotel easeconsider. They give us dinner but the dinner everyday same food.Thanksand good day.

In all, paying SGD84/night is not worth. this hotel is only worthy of SGD60 and below.

Review 112：The mint i walk in the hotel to check in i was ok , only after i went to my room i was felling so diserpointed :( Cos after i book the hotel i did have a request and was well over the phone conversation with one of the hotel staff , he even mention to me that the room that i book was not avelible on the day of my check in due to that they will replace a bigger goom with a king size bed n a single bed ....
