Review 17：The free Wi-fi signal didn't reach our room nor the pool-side patio - was only able to log in near the front desk and the restaurant. Other than that everything was great.
Review 18：Was our second stay at this hotel. It's really close to the beach, has lots of free parking, a good breakfast, functional and clean bathrooms. On the last day we checked out and spent the afternoon at the beach, then the hotel staff allowed us to come back and use their pool and outdoor showers to refresh ourselves before the drive back to Sao Paulo.

Review 24：Staff was super! They helped me with the booking of the transport to Sao Paulo. Excellent breakfast! Variety of choice: among others fruit, cakes, little pao de queijo and yogurts. Position at the beginning of Enseada beach.

Review 33：Versão em português mais abaixo.The first room we were offered had windows that could not be locked and with clear signs of "forced entry"; the window was facing a parking lot and had a small roof providing easy access to possible thieves. Two other rooms also had windows which would not lock. The last room had proper locks; this is extremely disappointing for a hotel in a place prone to theft. The room also had plenty of tiny ants walking around. The bathroom did not provide for a bar of soap at the sink, only little bottles of shower gel which is not ok for washing hands. The towels were super thin and looked very old. We could feel each spring in the spring mattress. Portuguese: O primeiro quarto que nos ofereceram tinha janelas que não podiam ser trancadas; a janela dava para o estacionamento com um telhadinho pelo qual ladrões podem facilmente entrar. A janela em si tinha sinais claros de arrombamento. Outros dois quartos tinham janelas que não trancavam, finalmente o ultimo quarto tinha janelas que trancavam. O quarto tinha formigas pequeninas; não tinha uma barrinha de sabonete para a pia, somente garrafinhas de gel! As toalhas eram super finas e gastas. O colchão de molas foi horrível, podia sentir-se cada uma das molas. O dono desse hotel deveria tomar vergonha na cara e investir um pouco quando tem a coragem de cobrar o que cobra pelas estadias.
