Review 1：Bad Wifi no service of the staff no any chair in the room safety locker was charged separately you couldn't change the card for payment

Review 3：Staff didnt speak any english, although didnt prove to be a major issue. Air conditioning was really noisy.
Review 4：Clean, well maintained property with a classic brazilian pousada feel. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice, lounge area had a TV and laptop with internet which was great as we didnt have this on a phone. Location perfect, two minute walk to main square.
Review 5：No cupboards for packing in bedroom,could not flush toilet paper down the loo which is a problem throughout Paraty.No WIFI Signal in the room only at reception area and sometimes at the pool.Limited swimming towels and nobody could speak English
Review 6：Keila at reception was very helpful as well as the breakfast kitchen staff.Breakfast was good and fresh,opened early if you wanted an early morning cup of coffee.You can take your own drinks to have around the pool.

Review 9：We are native English speakers, and can also speak Spanish fluently, among other languages. But the staff members we dealt with only spoke Portuguese and had no way to communicate in any other language. This was surprising, because there are signs in English at the reception desk, and a good number of Brazilians in Paraty speak enough English or Spanish to get by. This was a problem when we checked in, because the inexperienced staffer had never swiped a credit card before, and couldn't even get a manager to help because she didn't know how to communicate.
Review 10：Great location, just 50 yards from the historic city center. Good value, at least during the off-season. Good breakfast, which is included in the price. The rooms are small, but have all the amenities. The pool is small, but looks nice.
Review 11：they demand you pay the whole thing in advance instead of 50% now, 50% later... they ask for 100% when you arrive. There are signs everywhere of what not to do. They charge for the use of the safe. There is a sign saying if you don't leave your key with the reception when you go out you should be ready to pay 100 reais if you lose your room's key... The owners (or owner, whoever it is) are never around. It is overall not guest friendly and too concerned with money;profit.
