Review 1：Staff were so friendly and could not have been more helpful, without being intrusive or over bearing! Hotel superbly situated in the old part of the village. Food good and caters for all types including young families.

Review 2：The room was above a restaurant, so we kept getting food smells all evening. Also, we stayed in seven different hotels in Switzerland and this was the most expensive, probably because it was an expensive town, as the hotel was not better than others.

Review 4：Twin beds didn't reallly stay together as a double.Ski room doesn't have boot warmers so boots stayed damp! ( but you can hire lockers/ warmers by the lifts which also saves the long walk through the village with ski gear)

Review 5：We stayed 8 nights and had a nice big room with a mini balcony and fabulous views of the mountains. Breakfast was good as were the two eve meals we had. Raclette made in front of a real fire has to be tried! Staff were friendly and helpful and we had our room available when we arrived early and breakfast for our also early departure. The walk through the village to the lifts is lovely. Skiing is awesome! Public free car park is only short walk to hotel.

Review 7：Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room 43 and 44 are great for families. They are in a separate little chalet with beautiful flowers,private balcony and upstairs loft with two beds for kids.
