Review 11：Disabled parking - there are two places, one is always busy with ATVs and the other was occupied by Polish ambassador without having blue badge. SPA personnel - I have to ask them 3 times about certain procedure and at the end still have no answer.

Review 13：Staff were not friendly. We asked for a high floor room with a view, we were given a 2nd floor room, with a view of a concrete theatre complex in front of us that obscured the view. Reception staff not very friendly. This is not a 5 star hotel.

Review 15：We were happy with all aspects of our stay - vast &clean room, extra wide comfortable mattresses, big pool and nice spa area, kind personnel. Do have in mind though that during week days /with limited occupation/ you are offered individual portions at breakfast and not a buffet variety /my son for ex. is a fan of morning buffets :)/. However, the food was delicious and we were served everything we preferred.

Review 16：Some things around and in the hotel needed repair. The room was smelling of cigarette smoke. There was mold in the bathroom.

Review 18：Staff told us that it is normal the fridge in the room to not freeze. All the sweets there were in liquid state, which IMHO is not a normal.

Review 20：We came in off the street to book, but the receptionist refused on the spot claiming the hotel is full. We checked again via the app and booked on the spot, so she was "forced" to admit us. Turns out the hotel was practically empty. Strangest experience.

Review 21：Food was just acceptable for 3 star hotel and poor for a 5 star one. Breakfast was dull with poor variety. Evening buffet was good enough to satisfy hunger, but it was not a feast. We booked 2 rooms for family few months earlier and despite the request for adjacent rooms we didn't get them. Just to have them on the same floor we had to accept one room without the balcony. The hotel was not full and they could accommodate our request easily if only they remembered about it.

The staff is excellent, even though their English is not so good they do their best to understand and fulfill your needs. The water in the pool is at the perfect temperature, the spa center is always ready to spoil you. The food they serve at breakfast is excellent and diversified. The WiFi is at its best all over the hotel, except for the spa - where you do not need it anyway. Long story short, we felt more than great staying at this hotel.

Review 56：The large pool was around 26-27 degrees, which is not suitable for relax, nor for kids. The hot pool was too hot - nearly 38-39, which is absolutely not suitable for anyone and it's not larger than 3 sq. m, maybe less. The food is not good for 5 star hotel. Can't have a proper cup of coffee either.

It also stood out against friendly reception staff. The restaurantcreated the most tasteless food we ate in our fortnight travel. Some ofthe facilities were closed- the second restaurant and bowling. Otherthan the spa the hotel was not as professional or luxurious as other 5star Bulgarian hotels we enjoyed.
