Review 1：I did ask for pet free room and the staff told me on the phone that the hotel doesn't allow pets. When we arrived at the hotel, the first thing we heard was a dog barking really loud and non stop from Rm 126, not far below us. So we asked to change room. Room needs good paint job and holes fixed. Our bath drain had paint around it. A hole in the ceiling. The room was clean but really needed some renos and some improvements in aesthetics. Our mattresses were not that comfy.

Review 2：We asked staff to move room and they did immediately. We had a quiet room (nice and warm) after that. The breakfast was fine. It would be nice to have muffins added to the menu. The staff was really friendly to us.

Review 3：There was nobody at this hotel. Aside from us, there was only one other car which speaks by itself in such a big city, on the week-end... We didn't go to the breakfast. Bed were quite small.

Review 5：The hotel billed my credit card two days after I left for a pet stay. I did not have a pet. They debited it without my consent. I noticed it on my statement.

Review 9：The place needs a good cleaning, vacuuming and dusting etc.... The ceiling in the washroom was really dirty. I have been in different rooms and the were the same.

Review 13：It said free continental breakfast and so we were excited to have a good breakfast when we woke up and we went down and all there was for the continental breakfast was hard pieces of cooked dough with suger on them, cereal, and hard boiled eggs. Disappointed to say the least. This would prevent us from staying here again....although the room and view were nice..the breakfast was a deal-breaker for us...

Review 28：Hotel Moncton has very good access to the TransCanada highway as well as a major artery to downtown Moncton. My spouse and I stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night and so it was very quiet which made for a good sleep. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was adequate,

Review 29：I specifically asked for a room with an outside door. Once checked in I was told we were inside the hotel. After explaining we needed a balcony I was given a room with rocks for a mattress.

Review 41：This is an older hotel but ourcroom was nicely renovated and very clean. The kids used the pool out back and it was also nice and clean. The continental breakfast was lovely as well. The staff were the friendliest, most accommodating people I've ever dealt with at any hotel I've ever been at. Great value overall for a very good price!

Review 48：I requested to have stuff ready in our room for before we got there and there was nothing ready. The pull out couch to a bed had no bedding in room for it and the tv wasn't setup. Found the room very overpriced for the décor and everything in hotel is very outdated. I wanted to have a relaxing bath but there was no plug even for the bathtub.

Review 49：I didn't have a bad experience but found that for $110 I could have found better. Hotel room was very musty, the air conditioning was off so very warm in the room upon arrival. Rooms are severely outdated. Tub faucet leaks not enough towels, could spring for extra pillows. Breakfast was a joke. Brownies and small cinnamon desserts, could have sprung for muffins, they did have toast and a few cereals. For one night overall it was suitable but if I had been staying for more than one night I would have looked elsewhere.

We paid $102 for the room everything in, and for only $35 more we stayed at another hotel the night after. The rooms were night and day, in this case $35 went a very long way. No shelf or hooks for a towel when you get out of the shower. ( it's on the other side of the bathroom). Hot water took a good 15 minutes to get to the shower.

Review 90：As you know, I was a guest in December and it wouldhave been helpful to have been told that the heat didn't actually warm the room. it was by chance the second day that I found the space heater which helped but I didn't feel safe with it running all night so I doubled up on blankets. my point it that it would be helpful for the front desk to inform the guest upon check in so they can decide if it is ok at that point.

Review 96：Great place to stay if you have pets. There is a large grassy area where you can take your dog(s). The drive up rooms are best as well if you have pets. The rooms were nice, and consistent with what I would expect, I wasn't paying $300 a night!

Review 97：My only complaint was the fact the AC unit wasn't properly covered from the outside so we had to wrap it from the inside with the comforter from the bed to stop the winter cold from coming into the room. It felt like we had a window open.

Review 121：The room was tiny and dirty, there was barely any space around the double bed. Window unit air conditioner was ancient and borderline functional. The shower tub in the bathroom had thick gobs of grout in all the corners about the size of eggs. Looked like repairs had been done by a child.

Review 122：View out the back window is of the garbage dumpster. Carpet is ancient with stains Blankets are so old that they are disintegrating. Hot water takes 10 minutes to get to the faucet and then the tub didn't drain for an hour after having a shower. Breakfast is served on Styrofoam dishes (so bad for the environment) No elevator - made it hard with two small kids to walk up stairs with big suitcases. Needs a paint job. Decor is dated. They store their boxes of supplies right in the dining room.

Review 130：I booked for five people and they only gave us breakfast for four, theyonly gave us four pillows, three towels and one tiny shampoo andconditioner. There was no plug for the tub to bath the children and whenI called the front desk several times to request one, there was noanswer. We stuck a face cloth in the drain. They did give us extratowels a pillow and shampoo/conditioner the next day when wecomplained. We stayed two nights and woke up the final morning to nopower and a very warm room as the air conditioner had shut off. They didnot inform us the power was out and gave us no reason. Horrible,terrible customer service and I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.
