Review 1：We were a bit disappointed to have been moved to a property across the road from the one we originally booked. The original property had a beautiful decked pool with a great view. Something I'm quite fussy about. The place we were put in had a pool but it wasn't very inviting... up lots of stairs to the top of the building and then even more steep outdoor steps with no hand-rail. With two small children the location and access to the pool didn't make us want to spend time there. Not to mention the water wasn't very clear. Also the lift was very temperamental which didn't make us want to use it. Luckily we were only staying one night. Anymore and I would have been deeply upset. I would have liked to have been told in advance that my accommodation had changed.

Review 2：The staff were very friendly and efficient. We left a baby sleeping bag at the property after our stay and the staff helped us get it back even though we had moved onto CT. THANK YOU!! We also liked the fact that everything was very clean.

Review 3：We stayed in Atlantic view - The fit and finish of the place is really, really good - and it is really well laid out. The views across the bay were exceptional and garaged parking with lift access was very convenient. I would highly recommend this property.

Review 6：Pictures on the website were all of apartments at 20 Protea Drive (?) but we were not allocated there but instead allocated down and across the road. It is a bit upsetting when you have a picture in your mind of an apartment with a pool out the front and then are allocated to another building altogether. A bit of false advertising!!

Review 9：The View was outstanding, drive direct into garage with access to the apartment. Our host was there to greet us and take us through the apartment. Very well equipped, big fridge/freezer. Bedroom very spacious with outstanding view, white linen throughout. Balcony equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and loungers with cushions.

Review 31：The bed was terribly uncomfortable and very small for such a big room. There was little or no privacy when using the balcony and people can see right into the apartment. There is no sound proofing and the noise from the neighbours below was terrible when trying to sleep. The couch is very uncomfortable and the seating is sparse in the lounge even for 2 people.

I wasn't there at check in but apparently the main table in the entertainment area was broken and we were advised not to use it. Also, the two main lights tripped the breakers a few times on arrival. Thankfully that problem went away but it was inconvenient in the beginning. Overall had an unprofessional feel to it.

Review 35：The tenants in the unit below No. 3 had a (party) on Saturday morning at 3am. Making a lot of noise. There was also one of their cars parked in front of our Garage. We could get access to our garage.

Review 51：Cleaners were almost never there during our week stay. There were no cleaning materials (dish washing liquid etc) not even a broom in the unit. On the first day of our stay we noticed that the cleaners had dumped the rubbish bags from the previous guests in the garage which gave off a very unpleasant smell throughout the building and resulted in the garage being infested with small maggots.

Review 69：We had some serious booking problems. Seems like the on-location manager didn't know about our stay on the arrival day. We could not reach any contact at the apartments and it ended up with staying the first night at a place across the street. We got compensation for this, but still it is a little bit frustrating and I hope we were just unlucky.

TV did not work properly, was very dim on some of the channels. Parking was not ready for us and we had to ask that a vehicle be moved out of the covered parking so we could get our vehicle parked.
