Review 1：Hallway to rooms was accessible to anyone - door to outside did not lock. Sink faucet was loose. Front desk clerk was not friendly. Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower were empty.

Review 9：This place was filthy, top to bottom. Outdated is an understatement. Our adult daughter moved to Wichita in the fall, so we plan to visit 2-3 times a year. The low price is simply not worth it, Never again.

Review 11：The girl at the front desk was not very friendly. The key did not work when i got back to the room so i had to have it remade. When i finally got into the room. there was a rag wedged between the wall and the shower curtain rod in order to hold it in place (there was a hole in the wall as well). Also, i found a toenail on the ground, i do not believe the floors were cleaned.

Review 13：My only complaint really is their cable is direct tv but there's only a handful of channels, none of which had anything to watch. Oh, and the shower curtain was new, a curved one for more space, but was installed improperly so the curtain kept falling towards the middle.

Review 15：Icy conditions throughout my stay. Outside walkways were not treated for the ice. I walked out of the building at 8:30 am and found that the walkway had not been salted and the walkway and steps were very slippery. as a result even though being very careful I still slipped on the ice and fell. This should have never happened.

Review 19：The staff member that was there when we showed up that day, we had traveled 11 hours and as soon as we get there she just looked at us and didn't say anything so I said "hi, we have a reservation" she said "are you sure you have one????" But she was really rude. Why would we lie about having a reservation? Who would ask that? She had no customer service skills at all. It was on the day we got there too. I didn't get her name. She had short hair and was on the heavy side. She was extremely rude. We weren't going to stay there because of her but we couldn't find any other rooms available around the area.

Review 21：I never got a room key, the room was poorly lit, the mattress had ZERO support, it sank so much you'd fall off the bed if you weren't in the middle.

He looked sketchy, we didn't feel safe., there was a lady there who had her belonging in lobby area and she was cussing, and ranting about her personal home issues, just looked bad for the hotel. The maids were way too loud and we were woke up constantly, with their banging around of things.

Review 36：I am unsure as to how you have calculated my score as a 3.3 because I rated every aspect of this facility and my stay well below acceptable?!?!! I will not be staying with you again nor would I ever recommend anyone else staying either! The pics when shopping for lodging are deceiving, it was not clean at all, and clearly you have a very low class of clientele as we were all up most of the night with other guests slamming doors and yelling at one another coming in at 0236am drunk! I was very disappointed with our stay and accommodations.

Review 37：The hotel had a lot of issues with cleanliness. The floor of our room was covered in white powdery flakes and spots. Our blankets had brown stains all over them that looked like human waste, as well as white, crusty drops and splatters of... Something. We spoke to the front desk, however, no one at the hotel was able to help us, and instead said that we had to email the owner, who has not responded to any emails. I was very surprised that the staff were unable to put us in actual contact with anyone who could help us resolve the situation. This was a disgusting situation for my family and I to have to deal with.

Review 39：Upon arrival, our reservation had been cancelled (booked three weeks prior on booking.com). No elevator. Bedding faded and holes in back side of comforter. Looked for book of floor plan, TV stations, do not disturb sign-there were none of these. Carpet in horrible condition. Inside drawers filled with nasty graffiti. Bedside light switch didn't work so had to leave a light on to allow electric outlet to function. Returned to room and we were locked out. That's a good start to my list.

Review 57：Even though it was the last room available, I expected the carpet to be swept. There was scrap paper pieces, plastic from sale tags, and pebbles on the carpet. I literally didn't take my shoes off as I was afraid my socks would be flithy from the floor.

Review 58：They charged my c.c. when they shouldn't, and told both me and another customer that they don't have to honour reservation site agreements. They have to follow only their policies and agreements. The clerk was snooty, and there were no smoke alarms in the rooms.

Review 59：Rude creepy staff loud talking, walking around the property "working." I politely asked an employee to keep her voice down because she was yelling to another coworker,right outside my door and I received lip service from her,as if trying to make it okay to be inconsiderate because it was a certain time of day. Didn't care for the staff smoking right outside the door where the no smoking " signs are clearly posted. The toilet ran all the time. You get what you pay for there.

Review 60：I liked the price

Review 61：When the bathroom door was opened all the way, it was about an inch from the rim of the toilet and the toilet paper holder was to the left of the toilet. Meaning, when the door is fully open, you have no access to the toilet paper and you can't close the door without standing up. The faucet in the bath tub was hinky. It wasn't sealed into the wall at all, so it was sticking out from a hole in the wall and was wobbly. The air conditioner wasn't sure if it wanted to work or not. My husband turned the heat on first and it smelled sooooo bad. We turned the knobs on it to cold and "cold high" and it was cold for about 3 minutes then blew out hot air. Then we couldn't get it to turn off so we had to unplug it. The alarm clock also started making scary white noise so that got unplugged as well. The street noise was very loud and although we picked a non smoking room, it smelled like stale cigarettes.

Review 62：The bed was comfortable, the brand new TV was nice surprise, although the colors were slightly off, and there was plenty of hot water. There were updated fixtures in the bathroom (new mirror and countertops). Breakfast was offered, but we left before we checked to see why they were offering.

Sheets/pillowcases had stains. 5. Not allowed to pay in cash--would required a $50 deposit in case of damage. However, there was already damage to the room. 6. Non-smoking room that was not really a non-smoking room.

There was fresh fruit served also. The WiFi had a strong connection and didn't fade out as many do in the less expensive hotels. A good connection is a must on a business trip.

Review 90：The toliet flushed scarily high, the back door card scanner did not work so I had to walk around the whole building at night alone. The smell of Curry, I don't like Curry. The doors were high off the floor so the light came in, along with all the noise. The doors slammed shut. Woke up up a few times. The juice machine was broken 2 mornigns, with no water or anything out instead. There was no way to open blinds to let light in without opening the whole curtain. they were heavy dark curtains, which are great but it made it dark and scary all day.

Review 91：The freshly painted room, the comfortable bed, the night guy, Andy was super helpful, the cost was good. The room was recently done, the bathroom was nice marble and it felt clean.

Review 92：Not being told in advance by Booking.com that there was a $10.00 pernight fee for our one dog. Not Americans running this location so we hada slight communication problem! Had to get a room that had no key orcard to enter the room so every time I needed to get into the room I hadto go to the front desk as the battery wasn't working for the door.I would not go back to this location and probably won't useBooking.com to suggest my next hotel-motel room as they supposedly gaveme the best deal and I really was going to leave the hotel and findsomewhere else, but they were going to charge me for two nights stayanyway. Beware of these deals as they sometimes aren't as good asthey say. Shame on Booking.com for this recommendation!

It's a couple of miles' walk from the airport (I didn't remember, if they had a shuttle or not), but only a few blocks from the city bus (doesn't run on Sundays), and even shorter to restaurants and Walmart. They were very helpful, when I needed to change my reservation because of flight disruptions. Nice breakfast.

Review 95：My rooms AC did not work it was like 85° that night outside, when I asked to change rooms they did not give me a different room, and sometime around 6am the granite faceplate from the sink fell off and shattered on the floor, when someone is sleeping and hears this is sounds like a car crashing through your room but then I remembered I was on the 2nd floor. As check out I spoke to the women at the front desk and I told her of my problems from the night before and all she had me do was right my name and number on a piece of paper, I wasn't offered a discount or my money back and I was told NO was I asked!, I had stayed at this location many times when it was a Super 8 but I will not return to this location anymore!!, I would rather drive home than stay here again!!

Review 98：The rooms were in good condition, some things seemed to b in transition. Upgrades seem to make somethings seem off but not overly. The maid service was excellent and rooms were very clean. Ease of access to wifi was simple and secure. I would recommend this location.

Review 99：The locks were questionable, the door would partially open w/out the use of the key card. Only 1 light was plugged in and others did not of access to outlets. The shower head would only partially turn on, with most of the water running out of the faucet. Very disappointing all the way around. The front desk clerk did try to be helpful.

Review 102：The only thing I didn't care for was the bar wedged in between the window casing and window. It was a ground floor room and I assume the bar was for security, but it was unsightly. Close the drapes and you can't see it though.

Review 103：This hotel is centrally located, was super easy to get to as well. For being so close to the highway, there was no noticeable road noise in our room. Everything worked, the rooms temp was cool. The tv was outdated but for $40 a night, It was great. My daughter travels with her stuffed rabbit and when we came back to the room for the night the housekeeper had been in to clean. They cleaned really well and my dad was pleased to see her bunny in her bed. When they made the bed the tucked in her bunny. It's little things like that that are often overlooked. It was definitely appreciated though.

Review 104：The day of check in the front desk worker gave us the wrong time for check out. So we ended up having to pay for an extra night. It might have been a mistake but than handle it like an adult instead of hiding in the corner while we talk to the manager. In the 3 nights we stayed there housekeeping NEVER once came in and cleaned. And since they only supplied a very small garbage can, we quickly ran out of space for trash. And we found items left by another guest under the bed. Anyone could just walk in the side door at anytime because the lock was either broken or disengaged for some reason. Very big safety issue.

Review 105：The location was great because it was only 10 minutes away from the area I was working. But there are other hotels in the same area and I have stayed at them and had a better experience.

Review 106：I arrived a bit early but the desk person wouldn't allow me to check in early. I understand rules, when they are applied fairly. as I waited for the golden hour to come, at least two other groups were allowed to check in. I feel I was singled out for some reason. I won't be going back.

Review 109：It was obvious that they were in the process of renovating, so I don't want to find faults, but the only negatives I can think of is that my first impression upon entering the Lobby was negative, because for decor they used framed vintage newspaper front pages of tragedies in recent US history. Not very uplifting when you want to escape from the bad news of everyday life. I think this was a poor choice. The only other thing I can think of is that the entry door to the inside hallways didn't open/close freely, which made bringing luggage in & out a little more difficult.

Review 110：Almost everything! The vanity was outside the bathroom, which really helped with two females getting ready at the same time. The room had courtesy bag for dirty laundry, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer and FREE wifi. (the other 3 hotels we stayed at in the same price range did not have any of these.) The free breakfast was perfect. Coffee, juice, milk, fruit, cereal, and we could even make fresh waffles for ourselves. The room was absolutely beautiful with up to date furnishings and bedding. Two pillows per person, I could go on & on. It was the best hotel of our trip.

Review 111：My children and I were travelling from AZ to MN and we stayed here on our way up. The woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. I needed to stop at the store for a couple of things and she was very helpful in directing me on how to get there. Good breakfast in the morning as well.
