Review 1：The HVAC unit was incredibly loud, making it really difficult to sleep. The sheets were paper thin and in need of replacement. We were also overcharged. We confirmed the Booking.com rate when we checked in, but it somehow was changed when we checked out. Thankfully, we noticed the error, and the front desk was willing to honor the original rate.

Review 2：The room was spacious, and the fireplace was great! Breakfast was also really good... especially considering that it was included in the room rate.

Review 3：Only thing I would say is missing is an indoor pool and hot tub. Everything else is excellent.

Washing machines and dryers free, this was ideal as we are touring the US for over a month. Great location for Arkansas river walk and Old Downtown. Make sure you visit the River City Brewing Co. Bar and grill.....

Review 34：We were a little surprised that these were more like apartments than a hotel room, and were in separate buildings. Nothing in the details explained this. If you're wanting the hotel experience, this isn't it.

Review 36：It did not feel safe for me as a single woman traveling alone. This is a motel, not a hotel. And the front desk is in a separate building so you have to walk outside to get to it. The location is right next to a highway and the traffic noise is constant.

Our daughter graduated from college that weekend and wewere very happy with our lodging and in location to meeting up withextended family and events! Awesome experience! Review 46：The two things I didn't like were the ants in the room which did bite so it became annoying at night and the fact that our maid when cleaning our room emptied the bathroom trash out using a wash cloth and then placed it on the kitchen counter forgetting to take it with her or throw it out. It was very gross so I cloroxed the counter off.

Review 47：I loved the openness of the room and being able to spread my older children out. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. We even got discounted movie tickets to go see a movie our first night.

Review 48：I was expecting a full kitchen, but it was just a fridge, sink, and microwave, and we had to request any dishes - I should have read the description more carefully, but I think it was a bit misleading. We only received maid service one out of four days. However, they did comp us a free night in the future for that reason.
