Review 1：The wind was blowing alot, and we had a mountain view room, so we couldn't sleep due to the excessive wind blowing and the patio door that was not fully equipped to handle the wind.the raps were also the opposite,red was cold, and blue was hot.

Review 7：There is only limited channels available on the TV. SABC 1/2/3, E TV, (do people still watch these channels?)1 movie channel and one extra channel. The extra channel is one that is selected in the entertainment area where anybody can change the channel. So you might be halfway though a program watching something in your room and somebody else changes the channel downstairs.

Review 9：Very poor wifi, cut out for an entire night and was intermittent during the day. Although I was able to shorten my stay I was disappointed that there was no good will gesture provided for the inconvenience caused. I would recommend having a rental car as it's very isolated. No working light in the gym and treadmill out of order. Phone didn't work in my room so I had to go downstairs a few times.

Review 10：Beautiful landscape, interior and views. Helpful staff. Accommodating with breakfast requests as I only eat fish. Amazing Thai Spa nearby. Take away delivery service. Would be ideal for a couple who wanted to spend quality time together or a lone traveller who wanted some peace and quiet. It's an hour outside of Cape Town (550 rand taxi fare). 15 minutes drive to the Strand where most restaurants are. Nearest Pick n Pay supermarket is a 5 minute drive.

Review 11：On site parkng and manoeuvering with a large vehicle is a challenge. The verandah area was not opened for leisurely viewing the ocean. Lacks ambience.

Review 24：I booked a night at OP on a last minute hunch, therefore I only got the mountain view. I was disappointed to have missed out on the ocean view suitesbut my disappointment was shortlived, thank goodness!! The rooftop deck all but made up for it! The hotel offers a peaceful and intimate experience... perfect for a solo traveller. Absolute best value for money.

Nearby Bikini Beach is quiet and sheltered with warm water.

Review 73：It's an hour away from Cape Town. There was nobody to book me in, after I notified the guesthouse of my arrival time. The roof was leaking in the bathroom. The flags are left out at night, which make a lot of noise when the wind gusts, making it difficult to sleep.
