Review 1：HOUSEKEEPING WAS VERY POOR. NEVER ENOUGH TOWELS, FLOOR & TABLES DIRTY, OFTEN FRONT DESK UNATTENDED. BREAKFAST INCONSISTENT.

Review 3：We traveled to Harlingen to attend a funeral. The hotel staff gave us a room that was very quite as requested. We slept very well. They also let us stay a few hours beyond check out time so that we wouldn't have to rush on the final day of the funeral. The staff was very pleasant.

Review 4：This visit, the bathroom floor was not very clean, and we did find a large, live spider on the bed.

Review 6：The mattress on one bed had a dip in it, and my roommate woke up with a sore back. Also, the AC was great, the first night, but the second night it didn't cool as well.

Review 9：The room we stayed in (Room 109) was nice and quiet, spacious, and clean with a nice TV and kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially when we extended our stay for another night. Great location to stay at for going to South Padre Island.

Review 12：The room I reserve was a king bed .. I check in around 6 pm .. But the room was not clean . The sink had trash from the tea bags and coffee bags .. The bed was was in disarray .. And to make matters worse the shower was clog was unable to use the shower ..I complain to the front desk personal , all they did move me to a room with two queens bed and the room had awe full aroma very unpleasant , smell anyway it was 10 pm I needed to get sleep cause I had medical appointment at the V.A. Clinic in the A.M. .. So I had accept the way things were...so caused of this I will not stay at Best Western .. Wish the establishment could of compasated me ..

Review 14：Mold on shower curtain was a bit hard to take, especially knowing the maid is suppose to clean the bathroom daily. Obviously looking at the bottom of the shower curtain isn't part of those duties.

Review 17：Everything looked clean, room is bigger than your average hotel room. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside in their breakfast area. Friendly staff.

Review 18：The room was a little dirty. The headboards had dust on them. There was candy wrappers behind the night stand and some on the bed by the window! There were not enough towels for 3 adults...had to wait 20 minutes to get extra towels.

Review 19：Great customer service!! The gentleman at the front desk told us everything that we needed to know about our stay! Beds are comfy! Breakfast is AMAZING! They have BACON! eggs, hash browns, waffles, cereal, toast juice, muffins, yogurt and many other things! Best so far!

I also noticed that the stairs carpeting needed vacuuming. Vacuuming the stairs was never done the three days I was there.

Review 33：The room was perfectly clean but the hallways, lobby area, outside entrance could have been cleaner. Garbage outside was full for more than a day, glass in lobby could have been cleaner - things like that. But most important the room was clean and that is what mattered.

Review 34：Our room layout was great and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a regular shower head and a waterfall shower head so that was cool. Staff were friendly and accomodating, breakfast was standard fare.

Review 35：Desk in room has sticky substance on it when I got into the room. It stayed there for the 3 days I was in room, therefore, house cleaning did not wipe the desk top. Other than that, every thing else was fine. Bathroom and beds were done each day. WiFi would not connect to my Iphone for some reason. Phone would connect when I was outside the hotel though. Weird!

Review 36：Very nice sized rooms. Very quiet! I will be staying there again when I travel back to Harlingen, TX. Only issue was the desk that was not cleaned of sticky substance.
