Review 1：The bed was super hard,, the first nite we were there the air conditioner went out they're had been a bad rain fall Saturday nite so we slept with no air conditioning until we told the front desk they turned the breaker back on Sunday night

Review 7：My 2 girls and I stayed one night, late check in and late morningcheckout. Was a little leary but reviews were postive, mostly statedclean, friendly staff, good value. Saving a few bucks was definitely notworth it! Room seemed fine at first. Unpacked and settled in for a solidnights sleep. Wrong! The room next to us decided to back up a truck,listen to loud music and get drunk and rowdy all night. I calledthe.front desk and they did.promptly ask them to be quieter but theyignored the request. I called up to the desk again 30 minutes later andhad to be moved to another room at 1am in the morning. To top it off,when I turned pn the lights to pack up our things a cockroach wascrawling across my phone on the nightstand!!!! Needless to say, soundsleep was out of the question because I was freaked out that a roachwould crawl across me in the bed. At checkout, I thought the staff wouldrefund part of my stay as a gesture of apology but nothing.

Review 8：The parking, not enough parking space we were out and about came in late and there was no parking had to double park no good!!

Review 10：Room was only "surface" cleaned. Examples: The sink had what looked like old toothpaste caked around its base. While sitting at the room's desk... something felt sticky - at close examination, the surface was covered with what appeared to be small droplets of dried blood. Disgusting and potentially dangerous.

Review 12：The people we dealt with were helpful and friendly. We used their airport shuttle service which was well worth the fee. Our room was larger than most "chain" motels, clean and comfortable.

Review 13：A group of other guests sat outside their room until the wee hours talking and smoking in front of our non-smoking room. We alerted the management and they asked the men to go inside, but in half an hour they were back outside again. It was not a major issue, but we wish someone had kept an eye on the situation.

Review 14：After driving down from New York and staying in a series of cheap motels, this Texas Inn was a wonderful relief. It was sparkling clean, the bed was comfortable, the plumbing was new and everything worked. Even the wifi was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Review 15：I had to ask over and over for towels and clean sheets because they were never restocked. The cleaning lady refused to clean my room, so I reported her.

Review 16：I liked the King suite in which I stayed for 5 days. It was decent, nothing great but got the job done. Breakfast was moderate.

Review 17：The receptionist wasn't friendly. I also asked for a room downstairs and no smoking. she said there was no rooms available. I told her that the request was made online. She still didn't honor it. I was very disappointed.

Review 18：Spouse had an accidental fall in tub one night due to very slippery surface, when we notified the front desk early the next morning clerk was very nonchalant and said 'they would check on it' no sense of urgency or concern. Waiting for results from doctor on the extent of his injury.

Review 20：The housekeeping staff needs to respect people's values. When asked if we could have m extra towels or sheets for them not to be rude and say I have to check if you can have some. When taking a shower water still fell on floor even with shower curtain was closed. That's where extra towels fell into play. The rate to hotel was to high and it was that great of a room.

Review 36：Given a smoking room, even though we requested a non smoking room. We arrived late and were told it was the only room available. The room smelled terribly, nearly unbearable.

Review 38：Next morning ther room key would not work. Attendant used hard key toopen door but did not have time to reset card key. If I wanted access Ihad to get him to let me in. I was gone within the hour.

Review 43：the bed is very uncomfortable. it'S like laying on the floor,no cusions at all,. we first think it was nothing but box spring,but no, there is A matress,it was the hardest and most uncomfortable bed we have ever layed on. laying on our carpeted floor is actually more comfortable than their bed. we didn'T slept at all,our body was aching all day.

Review 44：Beds are a bit hard. Pillows were great though. Breakfast was very, verylimited. Don't expect too much. Pretty much cereal, waffles,muffins, some fruit and wheat bread only. Would have been nice to havemaybe bagels or other bread options is all.

Review 45：Staff was very friendly!!!! Right down to the cleaning people. Plenty oftowels! It is an older hotel so the rooms are not like brand new, butthey were very clean and cold. Cold was nice as this is a very humidcity. I got a great price for the hotel on booking.com even the staffwas like wow!! So for the price the hotel was pretty much what Iexpected. I will recommend the hotel, but remember it is nothing fancy.If all you really need it for is sleeping and a place to take a showerfor a low price then Texas Inn will definitely do that for you.

Review 46：The only thing I did not like and forgot to report is that the sink did not drain. I am sure if I would have reported the probl they would have fixed it immediately.
