Review 1：Villas de Paraty could raise its score up to a high 8 or mid 9 just focusing on room comfort. Decoration is old, walls are wore out, lightning does not help bringing the best of the spacious room. Specially bed an linen should get a makeover. Mattress is hard and linen is wore out as well. Some might even look dirt although might not be, just because of textile age stains. There are many new decoration techniques that might bring the best of Villas de Paraty room by an affordable redecoration price. And a small tip regarding the gym: Paper towels and cleaning gel like alcohol would help users.

Review 2：There's no other place in Paraty downtown nearby that sums up all the characteristics Villas de Paraty facilities can offer. Spacious room, open space, great pool and breakfast area, fitness center and well organised parking lot. I can tell because I've visited most of the same average price inns around.

Review 3：No workspace or table, so don't plan on doing any work. Very snotty notice on fridge asking you only to use fridge for hotel products. I've never seen this before. So we have to use the overpriced hotel products and cannot put out beers or water in the fridge. This automatically creates a bad atmosphere. Many hotels give you an empty fridge for you to use, and all realise you may put your own purchases inside. Shame on Villas de Paraty!

Review 7：The room is very bad. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower was not working, I had to call the front desk so they could fix it; the switch for the air conditioning fell off when I turn it on and there was too many mosquitoes in the room. I would not come back or suggest to anyone else.
