Review 1：In our room 201 we had only hot water for one quick shower for 2 days. If they clean the rooms they'd know the water wasn't hot. The pool needs to be condemned they advertise in door pool the water was ice cold Was dirty (black on white tile) falling apart on the bottom the spa was so hot you couldn't get it and made your feet itch. No temp stick. My granddaughter was so disappointed she looked forward to going swimming. The food was ok but they only offered coffee not milk or juice. Not all people drink coffee. The whole place needed a good cleaning from TOP to bottom. Light fixtures had black dirt on them. Oh the the handicap parking they let a car park there with no placker and just said they were a long time residence well excuse me we are handicap!! Would I go back NO! But they did give us 1/2 off of one night.

Review 2：The bed was great the room was nice. We did have two rooms and one room didn't have a fridge in it that was need for the baby milk.

Review 3：Desk clerk failed to enter wake-up call. When I called back to confirm before going to bed (just in case - not sure why I thought of it), desk had NO record of request. The clerk and I even discussed how many devices he sets. This could have been a disaster!! Plane to catch!! Dated furniture in hall alcove of 3rd floor.

Review 7：When we arrived the heat had not been turned on and it took three hours to warm up the room. The shower knobs were backwards hot and cold and not labeled. The only lighting in the room were two nightstand lamps which were not enough. The TV cable was very fuzzy. We had to move the cable around to get a decent picture and it kept on going in and out. The TV was the old tube style.

They had a kind of suite door that would not shut properly, therefore I had to work on the door to get it to stay closed, so that us and all our kids did not have to stay in one room. Did not bring us cribs like they said they would. We had to go down and get them for ourselves. The free breakfast is only for two people per room not your whole family.

Review 30：The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable but I had a dripping tap constantly and couldn't get the shower to work properly, I asked to have it fixed but unsure if it ever was as it still wouldn't stop. The breakfast choice was limited to two meals and I ordered the hot but it was always cold although the staff were quite nice. The staff were miserable and never spoke or said good morning (I am a smoker so passed them regularly without even a hello). When I was leaving I asked about a taxi to my next hotel to which she said be better to get shuttle bus to airport and get shuttle from other hotel from airport but when I got to airport there was no shuttle to other hotel and I had to get a taxi which cost me $25 I was absolutely fuming mad as a taxi from hotel would have only cost me about $8, my blood was boiling so the staff need to be more helpful and knowledgable. I was a middle aged woman travelling alone with 3 bags and the staff ending up costing me even more money. My aunt used to run the airport inn many moons ago and it was spotless but not anymore. The pool I need to add was absolutely black like it had never been cleaned so you wouldn't catch me in that. Some serious issues and I would not stay again nor would I recommend it and either some customer service skill courses are required or employ some staff with a personality would be in order.

Review 45：Very unpleasant personnel. During booking I had problems with adding 7 adults to my booking, so I booked 2 adults+2 children in each room. Hotel tried to charge me extra although I confirmed earlier that it will be for 7 adults. I don't know whose fault it was - hotel's or booking.com but it should not be my problem. However, hotel personnel treated me as a cheater or a liar.

Review 46：Could not take a bath as the tub had no water plug. No net curtain for light and privacy. A/c was noisy.

Review 48：The hotel staff was not really welcoming. Locked out of room on 2nd day due to staff only programming for key cards for 1 day. Hotel halls, facilities, were all dated. Halls smell like old moldy carpet. The pool and hot tub both looked like they had not been cleaned in ages. Water was clear, but lots of build up on the bottom. We turned on the heater in the room the second day to warm it up and it set off the fire alarm. The free breakfast does not have much of a variety. (only 2 choices) if you want anything else, you have to pay for it. I would not wait until towards the closing time for breakfast which is between 6am-10am. We did the first day and the food was cold and the portions were small. We had to ask the waitress for everything, including silverware. She brought us coffee cups face down on a visibly dirty tray. The second day we went down earlier and the meals were completely different and so was the service.

Review 49：For the price, was good. The bed was comfortable, and the room was dated, but mostly clean.

Review 50：What is the minimum anyone can look for in a hotel? I would say comfort and rest. Sleeping at the ground floor was a nightmare! we could hear people walking above us, roof was cracking like if it would l on us. I had a flight at 7 a.m. and i didn't get enough sleep at all. This is my worst experience an a hotel ever. I will never go this hotel again and I highly recommend you not to reserve in it.

Review 52：I had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was good, but there was a child running back and forth across the place after 8 pm. There was also a oriental man talking on the phone in a foreign language very loudly. I felt this was annoying and disrespectful. The breakfast with other people was adequate.

Facilities are miserable. 1) Indoor pool is in the lounge of the hotel, with its unpleasant smell spread everywhere including the restaurant! 2) The tube is located directly in the guest bedroom so your bedroom will be full of steam after you take a shower. 3) We had strong and strange noises from the air conditioner every 5-10 mins and we called the staff but they had no solution to it and they said there is no other room available for us to change, so we had to stay with it for the whole night with very little sleep! And I believe most people choose this hotel because they have a flight to catch on the second morning so do think carefully before you book it! 2. Staff is very arrogant and not doing their job properly 1) Their altitude is bad when we told them there is a noise with the air conditioner and on the second day when we checked out the same person at the counter simply took the key with an arrogant face without evening look at us anymore. Looks like she was saying 'see how much trouble you created for us!' 2) Restaurant opened 5 mins after the schedule for breakfast. We ordered sausage and after 15 mins they brought us bacon. There are only two tables, four people all together in the restaurant when we had breakfast! Generally I have no idea why this hotel can rank this high score, as It was the worst worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Review 60：We enjoyed our stay...the shuttle and ability to park our car there for free while we were gone gave us peace of mind during our trip. The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Review 61：Room was very hot and it took at least 6 hours to cool down. Breakfast was not cooked as ordered. Very under staffed and large crowd with long waits. It took about 40 minutes to get our food and eggs were over cooked and dried out. Bacon was not crisp as ordered. We don't like the uncooked fat. Toast was cold when it arrived and no butter provided but we had waited so long, we ate what we could and left. In the past breakfast was much better and a major consideration in staying at this hotel. This is the 5th time here but we may go elsewhere next time. :-(

Cafe is hot water, no butter for "English muffin" (some kind of toast with no taste). We stayed two nights in the hotel, but house keeping was not made during the stay : we left our room at 12 o'clock, too late for them...

Review 89：Fantastic deal for the money! We got a suite with a living room - and the bedroom was large and very pretty. The exterior of the building & the lobby look like any typical airport-type hotel. So the suite was a complete surprise, a delight, and very comfy.

For the price it was nicer than the Hilton hotel we stayed at earlier in our trip that was twice twice the cost. My only wish is that I had more time to spend there.

The fee was pending from June 29 until July 7. She will never use that hotel again. If she paid for it, why did I have to wake her up?

Review 110：It was over 100 F when we checked in at 6:00pm. There was no AC on in the lobby. The swimming pool had steam coming up which meant it was a warmed pool in such a hot weather. There were dirts and dusts at the bottom of the swimming pool which made me change my mind of letting the kids to swim in it. No one was swimming in it. Very disappointed! The carpet in the hotel smelled like someone had peeped on it. Very dirty! The hotel room was awful! The hotel didn't give out free breakfast to all who stayed but only two free breakfasts per room.

Review 111：The rooms were boiling hot (it was over 100 degrees in Utah that day) and we arrived at 10pm. The air condition was so weak that we laid in bed sweating until 1am, when it finally cooled off. The pool is small and in the lobby (weird), so wouldn't use it even if we had time. The whole place needs some TLC...

The wifi didn't work in my room at all. No fridge. No room meal service or menus in room to order food. Mostly my issues were with the lack of food and fridge so I couldn't even buy my own and the lack of wifi. Those alone were frustrating. I stayed here a week and couldn't wait to leave.

The hostess/hosts could take a lesson from the restaurant people - they were extremely happy to see us and very friendly. We were on the 1st floor in a deluxe room and the entire upper floor and bed had squeaks and sounded like they were moving furniture the whole day/night! Obviously the Manager or owners never do inspections or seem to care either. No pride or self-respect! Zero amenities, except for empty coffee...
