Review 1：Not enough parking our room was in the front and we were out came back late and we had to park way in the back we couldn't even see our car from where we were at

They did bring new sheets but the situation was never addressed and overall they displayed nothing but unprofessionalism. I will never be going back to the gross value inn and suits.

Review 13：The beds are old and the room was dirty. No to mention a staff will come knocking at your door a few minutes to check out to tell you that you need to check out. Plus the ac didn't cool and the walls are thin you will hear everything your neighbors are doing.

Review 19：It did have a new floor that was shiny,and I could walk to golden corral. I don't think the room had had a dog in it,they may keep those rooms separate,and that is a good thing.

Cleanliness was ok, but in disrepair - burned out lightbulb in the bathroom, sink knob came off in hand, AC agonizingly groaned each time it kicked on. Bath counter was stained and nicked and needed replacing and the tub was dangerously slick. I slipped and fell.

The owner and his employees were very polite and went out of way to see that you had a pleasant stay with them. We traveled with another couple and they had several issues with their room all minor but could have been extremely annoying. These were taken care of within 12 hrs.
