Review 1：The agent on duty was delivering clients to airport so several of us had to wait to check in. We understood her situation once she arrived.

Review 6：The lady that picked me up was very rude. She was very late in picking me up, said she had been there three times, which I don't believe. Said I was standing in the wrong place! I requested a smoking room, she sent me to non smoking that was occupied, didn't know I had ask for smoking, she said. I finally got to my room 3 hours after I landed! Very rude older woman.

Review 7：Bathroom sink was very slow draining. Grab Bar flanges were loose. Matress was worn down on edge, sat on an fell on floor. Huge cockroach was seen on the floor. Disgusting.

Review 8：Rental policies made check in difficult especially at end of long, tiring day on road. I'm 2 mos shy of 21 so they said they couldn't rent to me. My friend is over 21 but lost her picture ID right before our trip - she had to use 3 documents to "prove her identity." I was paying cash & that also seemed to be a problem. Make it easy in your guests!
