Review 1：The neighboring room had an alarm that kept going off but was too exhausted to contact the front desk so they could investigate.

Review 2：This hotel is located just a short brisk walk to Main Street where the shops are in Annapolis. Our stay was for Jan. 1st, wish we would of stayed for Dec. 31st, they had a party (we were at the inner harbor not much to do). The staff and valet parking was first. Class. Enjoyed the restaurant and the bartenders were pleasant to talk too. We will be back and will be staying at this hotel. During the summer they have a nice patio area for the bar.

Review 5：Burgers and hush puppies were dry as a bone and nasty. We couldn't eat them. $30 for 2 burgers is acceptable if they are good. Ours were not.

Review 8：I have stayed at this property before, and found it to be quite pleasant...well located, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff....BUT the main event space is an atrium, around which are located the majority of the rooms. A wedding party the evening I was there was SO LOUD that I could hear not only the music but every single toast. Needless to say, it was more than disturbing...it was totally unbelievable to me that a hotel that hosts overnight guests---and isn't that the primary purpose of a hotel--would allow such events. Fortunately the sixth floor is not connected to the atrium, and the staff was able to move me into another room, which meant getting dress, packing my case and moving. I was not happy but at least able to sleep. Should I have had to pay full price for my room???

Review 10：The location was so close to downtown Annapolis,just prefect. Joanna at the font desk was great helping us get checked in and overall just extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were newer and very clean.

Review 11：Staff were not knowledgeable about the shuttle bus schedule or pick up points. Parking lot was dark at night. Did not seem like a lot, more a long, dark street. When we asked for more coffee, someone who seemed very put out brought us up 2 K cups, no sugar, etc. Our room fronted the street and it was noisy late at night. It was hard to use the room phone to contact the front desk. It didn't seem to be working.

Review 13：A little tatty in places within the room. Not what I expect for £200 a night. (And breakfast should be included when it's ghat kind of price anyway, I think.) Asked for quiet room when booking but not given one at reception. Sorted out without any fuss, though. €20 for overnight parking a big steep.

Review 36：There was a wedding at the hotel while we were there. Our room was off the central indoor courtyard and most of the wedding took place on that courtyard so it was noisy. Also they used the front of the hotel where you drive up for the valet as a cocktail area which was a bit of an inconvenience to other non wedding guests

The room is located directly next to the outside door to be used to walk pets, and in the hotel binder in the room it gives directions to take pets to the door by room 222. For the price of the room, this was very bad form.

We were looking for a getaway where we could eat and then go back up the room. The free drinks and apps in the afternoon are a joke. The free coffee in the morning is a instant coffee machine. Complementary food and drink need to stepped up.

Review 57：No problems with the room and service, but you can tell the bones of the hotel are old. Everything was clean and the GF was happy to see they had robes. Room service was good, but took a little longer then 30 min, and the beer selection was poor and they were out of most of them. But one wine was comped and got two free randoms beers for free. Shoot out to the staff and service people, they are doing a great job with what they have.
