Review 1：Spa was terrible, we have had massages all over the world and our couples pkg was bad, also should of had comp items in rooms, most at this price point do..

Review 3：It wasn't bad, but our room overlooked the neighboring mobile home site. It was a little jarring at first, not something you expect at this price range.

Review 11：the window coverings don't totally cover the windows with admittedly a very fine gap around the edge and only one in particular let in the bright light on the verandah outside so we were unable to get to sleep at first. Otherwise everything beautiful. Staff excellent.

Review 18：We established by mail every detail for a surprise breakfast for my husband birthday.At the end they didn't come because of the omlett.They didn't know what kind of omlett do bring.And they started to call me,even if we had decided not to do it because it suposed to be a surprise.I was outside,so nobody answered.And they didn't come.It was a stupid situation,and I was very upset.They destroyed the surprise.Bad personal.I wouldn't have expected something like this at this level.They are not able to organise a simply surprise breakfast in room.

It had a private patio, which was an excellent spot to grab some wine and local cheese (which we picked off from Dean & Deluca on our way back from a winery). There is a heated pool, a small fitness room - as well as a regular swimming pool. Our room also had a small fire place and an unexpectedly large bathroom with a jacuzzi. What more really?

Staff is very friendly, very accommodating & very fast to respond to in-room requests. Grounds are gorgeous, lobby bar, pool, spa & pool bar beautiful. Location convenient to restaurants & shopping. Quiet & peaceful.

Review 85：This hotel has a ski lodge feel to it. It is luxurious, the rooms are amazing with a huge bathtub with jacuzzi bubbles. It also boasts a fire place and a huge 4 poster bed. In room sound system. Restaurant and shops in walking distance. Make sure to ask about partnership with wineries as you can get complimentary wine tasting and discounts off wine purchases.

The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. This was our first trip to Napa and we will always return here!
