Review 1：I traveled alone, was concerned about safety. Once I got there, I was pleased with the area and the comfort. This was a very nice hotel, and the food was great!!. Customer Service was outstanding. I would stay here again, and recommend this hotel to my friends and coworkers.

Review 4：I called from the road, said we had been delayed and to please hold the room. Which they did, but at 3 a.m. when we got there, they gave us a room that we found out at 6:30 in the morning, had only sheer curtains, and no drapes to close or block the light. They knew we wanted to sleep in, but it was impossible, because the room got full sun. I complained to the manager--- then went to my scheduled midday event. When I returned for my bags she told me she had comped the room. Very nice, but I would have preferred a room with shades which, she told me, does exist.

Review 5：Had some difficulty getting off of route 90 and locating the hotel. Not the hotel's fault but my map directions were not clear..

Review 7：The pick up at the airport was terrible. I waited more than an hour for the shuttle after being told it would arrive on 20 minutes. Very bad service. Also interfered with my plans

Review 8：Rooms need updating, they are dated and a little tired. They could be more sparkling clean. Hallways needed vacuuming, and cleaning staff were visible all afternoon--would try to make turning over the rooms faster and less visible to incoming guests.

Review 10：Closet door could not be fully opened. No full length mirror, no place to put soap, shampoo in shower, no grab bar in shower/tub. Found long hairs in bedding.

Review 11：The suite was very spacious. Very large bath with sunlamp heat felt wonderful. Very quiet, although floor creaked when walked on.

Review 12：Odd layout. Stayed in "second" part of building away from lobby/bar. Which has perhaps the slowest and most frightening elevator in existence. Needs some updates.

Review 13：Got a room for New Year's Eve Syracuse basketball game and revelry afterward. Very clean, nice bar and lobby area, very nice food. Easy parking.

Review 14：The restaurant staff was not well trained. There were only 4 tables at breakfast and the two waiters and hostess seemed totally overwhelmed. Everything took forever, even our coffee. And I could hear the staff complaining about customers as they gathered near the hostess station. Very unprofessional.
