Review 13：I am insane about cleanliness and this place was amazing. It was everything that we paid for and more. The staff was amazing too. We got engaged during our trip and the staff kept writing hand written notes to our room. Everything was above & beyond.

Review 14：We were greeted with wine, the room was large and luxurious, we loved the modern fireplaces, spa and services. All the staff we met were fabulous, they made us feel special and we're always available when we needed them as well as providing total privacy. We loved the bikes! We rode around local vineyards on a route suggested by the valet picnicking in the grounds of one vineyard with a bottle of their Zinfandel. We loved the weekend, the food and the wine and we were truly re-energised when we returned to San Francisco.

Impeccable service, comfortable room, and the most amazing massage I've ever had. (I've had a lot since I'm from Asia) We didn't want to leave!

However, my wife and I will be going back because of the first-class service we received. The staff made it their mission to make us feel welcome. They seemed almost clairvoyant - when I went to confirm a detail about our reservation, the gentleman at the front desk knew the details before I even gave my name, even though I hadn't met him before. As I started to dig for my valet ticket, the attendant told me not to worry about it - just the last name will do. Everyone on staff was trying to go beyond what one might think is reasonable to make our experience more enjoyable and relaxing.
